1. Ademar and Ashley are excellent hosts: super friendly + responsive + attentive + helpful. 2. The photos of the apartment are accurate and it has everything needed for long-term stay + tasteful design + private balcony. 3. The apartment is well located (best area in Montañita in my opinion). Quieter area + restaurants, cafes, markets are within short walking distance + very close to main road through town for easy taxi/bus access. 4. Highlight for me was the ability to use the bikes - perfect town for getting around on a bike. This place is 5 star! I highly recommend and hope to have another extended stay in the near future.

The house is very nice, each space is designed so that you don't have to worry about anything, it is very comfortable and relaxing, it is just like the photos and nearby you have the village where you can get everything, the kitchen is very complete and equipped, the pool is not too big but it is perfect for the total number of people, the rooms all have air conditioning which is a plus and the Host Gustavo is very attentive to any questions. 100% recommended
