Green Habitat is a lush green oasis located between two private reserves, Monteverde Wildlife Refuge and Finca Santamarias (Protected Areas) which means we are situated in a biological corridor, where there is a lot of wildlife and native species of flora and fauna . Our place is only 2 kilometers or 5 minutes drive away from downtown Monteverde with close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, monteverde brewing company, souvenir shops, drugstores, bars and other tourist attractions.

A third of the property that was pasture 30 years ago is now beautiful secondary forest. Once you arrive you can largely forget your cares.
