Comfortable and super decorated, it is a house with 3 bedrooms and 2 floors with 2 TVs, in an excellent private area in Apodaca with the pool next to the house belonging to the cluster, beautiful view of the pool, it has all the amenities, close to shopping centers and multiple companies, in addition the subdivision has a beach, with all the underground services, wifi, security controlled access, parking, air conditioning with wifi, water tank, blender, coffee maker and refrigerator.

An artificial lagoon is featured, surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. The lagoon's calm waters reflect blue skies and subtle clouds. Multiple palapas provide shaded seating areas along the sandy shoreline, while modern buildings stand in the background, adding to the serene landscape.

Enjoy a safe space with an artificial lagoon (Tuesday to Sunday / 8 am to 8 pm - Sun 5 pm) and a cluster with a pool (Tuesday to Sunday from 6 am to 11:59 pm), located near Monterrey International Airport as well as shopping malls and a 7-Eleven inside the Private Community. A closed place with double security (entrance to the neighborhood and when accessing the subdivision), near major avenues that connect with the local municipalities. Invoice available.
