Beautiful apartment in quiet court with excellent walking proximity to the highlights of Barrio Santa Cruz. The apartment is even more charming in person than in the photos. It is located on 3rd (top) floor of a beautifully renovated building, with a light well and surprise access to a roof terrace. There is an elevator for access with luggage. Our host was excellent, answering all our questions quickly and providing amenities such as coffee and cold beverages upon arrival. Her friendly responses made us feel like friends. I would be delighted to stay here again!

This apartment was everything you could wish for in a top class Airbnb. Pastora is a lovely host, and provides so many additional little touches that make it such a pleasure to stay there. for example make up cleanser and pads and a grey towel to use so you don’t get makeup over the lovely white towels! The kitchen is fullly equipped and tea and coffee pods etc provided. Great central aircon through the apartment which was wonderful as the temperatures were 38 and 39 Celsius each day. Excellent bed and bathroom and plenty of living space for relaxing. Very quiet inside, good block out blinds, and a fantastic location to walk around Seville. You will not regret staying here. I have traveled around Southern Spain in the past week and stayed in several Airbnb properties, by far this is the best. It is centrally located in Seville, and literally I could walk to Seville Cathedral in 30 seconds. I enjoyed peaceful morning before tourists arrived, and late night after everyone left. There are tons of restaurants shops near the property. The apartment is renovated and well maintained. Lots of rooms for a family. No doubt, I feel lucky staying there. The host communicated with me extremely well. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our time at this Airbnb. It’s even more pretty in person. Super clean and in a great and accessible location. Jessica was very responsive and helpful which we appreciated. Would highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Miguel. L'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes avec 2 salles d'eau et conforme au descriptif dans une résidence calme. Accès facile et Miguel est réactif aux messages La terrasse sur les toits est un véritable plus avec un très beau point de vue sur Triana et Seville et son jacuzzi. Idéalement situé, avec à proximité des restaurants, cafés et le marché couvert à 20 mm à peine des centres d'intérêts touristiques principaux. On reviendra avec plaisir

Todo perfecto. El apartamento exactamente como en las fotos y la descripción. Muy limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario. Zona muy tranquila, a unos 20 -25 minutos del centro y a unos 10 de la estación. Guillermo muy pendiente. Recomendable 100%.

A peaceful, cool flat in the heart of the oldest part of Seville. The courtyard and street were so peaceful and we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better and the host recommendations were very good. We had a lovely time!

The apartment was in an excellent location, walking distance to all the sites and tons of restaurants. We were there for a week and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nacho was very responsive and helpful! The apartment was easy to get to and we felt very safe in the location, would definitely stay here again!

This place was the perfect location and right in the heart of Seville. I recommend it for anyone who has a big group and would like to be close walking distance to many major attractions. There is AC in four of the bedrooms, the bottom floor bedroom is off of the garage with no AC and can be a bit noisy at night but the other rooms are away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of stairs between each level so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The rooftop area was lovely for spending time together in the evenings. Overall, great place with lovely decor and really added to our wonderful experience in Sevilla!

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

We were a group of 8 friends staying at the villa. The outside area is beautiful, the pool is very clean and nice, there are enough seats and sun loungers for a group of 8. Inside the place is huge with lots of space for all of us. The bedrooms all have aircon and beds were nice and comfy. There is an incredible terrace up the top where you can watch the sunrise. It was easy enough to get Ubers from and to Seville (we could not get hold of the local taxi number). All in all we had an incredible stay and would stay again. The only note for improvement is that the inside of the villa could be cleaner, and it would be great to have cleaning materials provided for you to maintain it during your stay. A nice little addition was one day the garden maintenance people gave us a huge bag of oranges and there was a juicer inside so we had amazing fresh OJ for all of our trip.

The property was amazing, especially for kids. Fantastic amenities, incredible bedrooms. Only thing is if you want privacy from any kids while in the bathroom you have to go to the one by the pool ; ). Would absolutely stay here again in Sevilla!

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

Rocio was excellent, very helpful & friendly. would love to return. The pool was a big win for our son. we really enjoyed our stay. Rocio went over & beyond to be helpful. totally recommend this place.

Increíble ubicación, en una zona peatonal desde la que puedes caminar a algunas de las atracciones más importantes de Sevilla, cultura y docenas de restaurantes para elegir a tu gusto. Una vista muy bonita al frente de la Universidad de Sevilla. Rafael es un gran anfitrión, excelente comunicación y muy amable en todo momento. Hay un poco de ruido por las noches, pues el departamento está justo sobre algunos restaurantes que tienen mesas en la calle, pero es un pequeño precio a cambio de una gran ubicación.

Had a fantastic break, central to everything, lots of bars restaurants nearby. Pool was a bonus when we wanted to just relax, will definitely be back😁

El apartamento estaba genial, todo muy limpio, ordenado y Mariló no se ha dejado escapar ningún detalle.. ha sido muy atenta y amable, contestaba rápido a los mensajes.. situado en una zona muy tranquila y a unos 20 min en coche del centro.. no nos ha faltado de nada.. lo recomiendo!!!

Alicia es encantadora. Responde al minuto. Muy atenta y te da recomendaciones en función del tipo de viaje que haces. La ubicación para nosotros fue perfecta porque estaba cerca de la zona de la antigua Expo y teníamos que ir todos los días. La casa acogedora, con aire acondicionado y súper limpia. Todo perfect.

Very nice apartment. The Airport Express Bus Station is less than 10 minutes walking, and the center is also at 5-10 minutes from the apartment. Everything is clean, and the host is very nice, responsible at very short time. Highly recommended for families or three adults.

Great apartment. If I could, I would give it 6 stars. Great service from check-in, very kind owner. Excellent location, close to restaurants and supermarkets and also several tourist spots. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly.

Thank you José and Arturo for being so welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The bed and linens were especially comfortable. It was so quiet; excellent sound proofing! Would definitely visit again.
