Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Montenegro

We rented a small house for 3 couples, and found it tidy and comfortable. The hosts were lovely - we had tea, a bonfire, at nearby based on recommendations and played with the local dog, Lucky. Would recommend to anyone wanting a base for hiking and enjoying the countryside

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

We had a great time in this country house. Everything was comfortable, pleasant to use, very clean, interesting interior inside and outside the house. Very comfortable beds. All equipment for a long stay. The garden is beautiful and you can really relax. After the noisy coast with lots of tourists, there is a charming peace and quiet here. There is only one family and a cow in the neighborhood. To be honest, sometimes there is a corresponding smell, but it did not spoil our vacation at all. Thanks to Perat for detailed and useful instructions. We went hiking to the Saint Prince Lazar Church, it was quite difficult, but there is a really beautiful view. Thanks to the owners of the house. We would like to return to this amazing place.

We had such a great time. The hut is cozy and has the nicest view to Durmitor NP. The whirlpool outside is heated and you can enjoy it after a long day of hiking. Thank you Sandra

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

Its a nice little spotless studio flat. Perfect for couples and couples with a kid. Host is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! As a group of 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) we had plenty of space and you couldn't ask for a better view. The kids spent a whole day exploring, playing and just being kids and it was fantastic. We even braved a swim in the waterfall! Yes, the road takes some confidence to tackle but it is 100% worth it. Amazing spot and wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

Wonderful apartment in the best location. In a quiet area, a 15 minutes walk to Kotor Old Town, great restaurants from 2 to 20 minutes away, the beaches are only 2 to 5 minutes on foot. There’s a parking spot nearby, and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend the place and the host’s recommendations

Great place to stay in Kotor. It’s a nice apartment with a beautiful view from balcony! Inside you can find all you need in a trip: cozy well equipped room, kitchen, bathroom and a nice bedroom with a fascinating mountains view. In the neighbourhood you can find some fine restaurants, cafes (mine favourite is Small talks, just across the road). And the last but not least, it’s a 200m from Kotor bus station. As for hosts, Ivan gave us a clear instructions, came to personally welcome us and was always open to help us☺️ He helped us to order a taxi to Kotor cable car (which I strongly recommend to visit, it’s about 10 min away from there and really worth to see, especially during golden hour and sunset). It was a pleasure to meet a host, stay in his house and enjoy our trip!🥰

Prachtig verblijf! Er zijn 3 appartementen en de eigenares woont op het gelijkvloers. Deze is zeer discreet waardoor als je geluk hebt en de andere twee appartementen niet verhuurd zijn, je het gevoel hebt dat je alleen bent en ook het zwembad helemaal voor jezelf hebt! Echt een topverblijf!

fantastic apartment. perfect for us... a couple with a car wanting to explore the area and this was a great base. clean, modern and spacious. easy check in and parking which was great. a steep walk downhill to great restaurants right on the bay. If you struggle with stairs (no lift) or a bit of a climb maybe not for you. but if your able this is a fantastic place to stay. Gorgeous view, lovely balcony and a 15 min walk to Kotor old town, 5 mins to lovely restaurants and waters edge. host very responsive. would stay again. had the best holiday and easy driving to Budva, Tivat, Perast, cable car and more..... what a beautiful country.

Veldig hjelpsom, svarte raskt, stedet var helt nydelig.

Ce lieu est un véritable havre de paix , pas évident à trouver au premiers abord mais nous avons été guidés par nos hôtes afin de trouver le logement qui sont carrément venus à notre rencontre au milieu des vaches ! Marija et son mari ainsi que son fils ont étés super accueillants et nous ont même montré leur petit chiot 🐶 ! Ce lieu est un véritable lieu de paix au coeur des montagnes et pas très loin de la ville pour les besoins primaires ! Concernant le logement il se situe juste en dessous de la maison des hôtes donc si vous avez la moindre question ou soucis ils sont là ! Il y a également une véranda super afin de profiter de la vue sans avoir trop froid quand les températures se rafraîchissent le soir ! Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner le sur la table extérieur dans le jardin au milieu des champs avec la vue sur les montagnes et le fils de Marija qui jouait avec le chiot qui restera l’un des plus beaux souvenir de notre voyage !

I can’t say enough good things about staying here. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the patios were a huge highlight. It had gorgeous views and was perfect at any time day or night - morning coffee, afternoon sunbathing, and it was especially cool at night looking at the lights of Old Town and the fortress walls. Anja was an especially gracious host with recommendations, quick responses, and clean sheets and towels in the middle of our two week stay. It was a 20 minute walk into Old Town and while you had to pay attention to traffic, it was the perfect distance. There were several nights we could hear a concert or loud party happening across the bay and were thankful we were staying in the peaceful area. If we ever make it back, we will stay here again.

Le logement est fidèle à la description et aux photos, au calme et très bien situé pour aller dans le centre historique de Kotor à pieds (compter 10min environ). Nous avons particulièrement aimé le jardin commun, paisible et parfait pour faire un barbecue le soir. Enfin, Uros est très sympa et réactif !

We stayed at Rada’s cabin for a few days. The cabin is located far away from other homes to give you a solitude feeling. The barbeque area is well equipped and nicely put right near the stream. There is also a coffee table literally right under the stream to let you have a wonderful coffee morning routine. The tiny cabin has everything needful for a short stay. It is located equally convenient whether you want to go to Kalashin area or, to the contrary, Berane area. The plot in front of cabin is big enough to entertain yourself with various activities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Milivoje's idyllic cabin, nestled south of the Durmitor National Park. The cabin felt cosy and secluded, i loved enjoying the ambience of the frogs and the bees in the late evening! The view across the lake is wonderful, you feel remote but yet a 20 minute walk to a great restaurant! Thanks to Milivoje for his warmth and hospitality- we loved our stay!

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig , ist aber dank den schnellen und hilfreichen Informationen von Forest leicht zu finden. Bei unserer Ankuft waren gekühlte Getränke wie Saft und Bier im Kühlschrank.Sehr aufmerksam. Es gab alles im Haus was in der Anzeige angeboten wurde und es funktionierte alles! Der Holzofen ist sehr schön und es gab mehr als genügend Brennholz. So war es jederzeit möglich das Haus in kürzester Zeit zu heizen. Auch toll ist die Landschaft um das Haus und die Nähe zum Durmitor-Nationalpark war ideal. Wir würden in jedem Fall gerne wieder kommen - Besten Dank 'Forest'!

Nice house nearby downtown, in 3 minutes by driving

Diese Unterkunft war unglaublich schön. Die Anreise mit dem Auto war etwas holprig, aber als wir ankamen hat es uns die Sprache verschlagen. Eine wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht und Atmosphäre in den Hütten. Das Essen war außerordentlich lecker. Die Wanderroute, die uns von den Gastgebern empfohlen wurde, war die schönste Wanderung meines Lebens. Die beiden sind sehr herzlich. Wir empfehlen jedem diese Unterkunft zu buchen!

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder n für 3 Nächte dort und sind begeistert. Sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und gut durchdachten Details. Die Kinder waren wegen der Spielsachen sofort überglücklich und beschäftigt. So konnten die Erwachsenen in Ruhe ankommen und die lokalen Köstlichkeiten genießen. Wir haben mit unserem Auto alle populären Ziele in der Nähe gut erreicht. Keine Nachbar weit und breit. Ein plätschernder Bach vor der Tür und ein toller Blick auf die Landschaft. Kann die Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Volle Empfehlung.

Eine schöne kleine Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben & die alles bietet, was man benötigt. Direkt nebenan waren Ziegen und Hühner. Der ältere Hund sowie die Katzen haben uns oft besucht. Fußläufig erreichbar sind Restaurants. Für Ausflüge in den Durmitor Nationalpark ist die Lage absolut perfekt. Auch über den Willkommens-Schnaps am Abend haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

Amazing location, the cabin is very nice and spacious. It was a short stay but I’m planning on going back soon. Highly recommend
