A great and responsive host, Dejan and his wife were very hospitable - also the place looked exactly like the photos, and the location was superb.

It was very nice to stay with Stevan. We were able to book the apartment very easily,spontaneously. Stevan was very friendly and the apartment really nicely decorated, had everything you needed. Highly recommend it!

It is the beautiful appartment near water. Positive: 1 Location. All interesting places are near. 2 You can light candles in fireplace. 3 The apartment has everything you need to stay. 4 You can hear sound of sea in apartment if you want. Negative: 1 One night we were disturbed by sounds from a restaurant nearby.

We felt very at home at the place. The apartment is stylishly furnished, spacious and extremely comfortable, with a beautiful view. The pool was fantastic and very private, perfect for relaxing. The location is quiet and yet ideal – a small shop is within walking distance, and beautiful beaches can be reached in a short time by car. The amenities left nothing to be desired, it had everything you need. The communication was also great, we were well looked after. We will come back! Thank you

Every information shown on the post is accurate about the apartment. The location is fine, apartment was completely clean. Aleksandar was really helpful and friendly, always asking whats needed or what he can do for us. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is very nice, exceeding our expectations. Curated interior design and atmosphere. The host was very kind and helpful, and gave us recommendations about food and experiences in the sorrundings. There's also air conditioning.

Really a beautiful house! As in the photos! Outdoor space has a lot of space. We made great use of the outdoor kitchen, which was including fridge and barbecue. Everything very stylishly decorated. The rooftop jacuzzi and sauna were also lovely. There was basic supply in the house such as salt, sugar, coffee. And even more than that: chocolate and fresh fruit, bottle of wine and in the cooling cold beer and soda. Super host! There was construction around the house so in the future it won't be that private again which is a pity. But for now a really great house.

Absolutely wonderful place with breathtaking views. Very friendly, helpful and caring hosts. Comfortable rooms and well equipped with essential tableware kitchen. The terrace is surrounded by a lovely garden with fig trees which we were kindly encouraged by the hosts to pick as much as we pleased. A dream and a heaven not less. Highly recommend for people who do not like crowded holiday resorts. The only downside - acoustics across Boca bay is exceptional and we could sadly hear Herceg Novyj disco almost every night. But the place itself and the hospitality of the hosts prevails every bit of it - we were very sad to leave this paradise.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated and felt like home away from home for our group of 5. It's close to the town center, yet away from the hussle at main street. We could quickly grab breakfast at the bakery down the street or pick up produce at the town supermarket without the car. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, and had lots of recommendations for us. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

A lovely place to stay. We were able to have our dinners and breakfasts at the villa, with good food cooked by the hosts (and home made alcohol too!). If you want to do a boat trip on Lake Skadar, speak to Dragan as he organized that for us with a local friendly guide. We had initially looked to stay in Virpazar and were glad we chose this place instead, it was nice being more on the outskirts of the town.

The equipment in the room is fully equipped, the surrounding environment is quiet and comfortable, and the host is very nice. He also prepared small snacks for us, arranged the room, because the children love small dogs, and the host also brought our home puppies and played with us (the puppy was also very enthusiastic).Would definitely love to stay again if given the chance.

Hi just wanna say about my stay in Luka place .Extremely nice people both brothers ,place nice and clean and beautiful location,and especially the view from balcony towards sea.Becici beach not far away from the Luka place.just wanted to recommend this nice and quiet place to anyone who comes to Budva.
