Paolo's house is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. We were able to visit Cagliari (30min), and discover the beautiful beaches of Chia, also nearby. We were greeted by Paolo's mom, who speaks French, which was a real plus for our arrival. A great stay.

We had a very relaxed, beautiful vacation. Check-in was great thanks to video instructions, the complex was well-maintained & clean – with parking & outdoor shower. The highlight was the direct beach location & the large terrace. Air conditioning & mosquito nets were also great. The apartment corresponded to the photos, but was quite compact in the kitchen & bathroom – you notice this more on site. Overall, a great location with smaller points that should be considered for a longer period of time. It is also worth mentioning that we accidentally damaged a garden lounger and the host was very accommodating – we really appreciated that. Thank you for everything! Best regards, Nina

Such a wonderful stay with Barbara and her husband. They were so attentive but not overbearing. Their home is so beautiful and a great location just 40 minutes drive from Cagliari and lots of other lovely towns/villages. I highly recommend staying here, you will be well looked after and have access to the amazing pool and rooftop veranda ❤️

Cozy villa, located a few meters from the beach (almost always deserted in the winter months!). The place is well equipped and equipped with mosquito nets on the windows and doors. I especially appreciated the outdoor spaces in the back and in front of the villa. I recommend being equipped with a vehicle for both expenses (possible in Villa San Pietro or Pula), and to visit the surroundings (Nuraghe and tombs of giants), as well as the beautiful city of Cagliari. Cristina was very helpful and gave me a warm welcome. Recommended!
