Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Monte Carlo

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Our stay was very nice, first of all with a warm welcome from Pascal who is very friendly. The listing was as shown in the photos and description. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Too bad the outside temperature was too cool for us to enjoy the pool. Thank you Pascal for hosting us and giving us good tips for our visits. We will definitely come back to see you for another stay.

Dominique's place is exactly as advertised, and exceeded our expectations. A bottle of wine in the fridge and a couple of his grapefruits in a basket were a great welcome. The attention to detail and quality workmanship on the entire residence with everything in perfect working order. We wanted for nothing and spotless. Dominique is one of the friendliest hosts we have ever met. He met us, explained and showed us everything, including paths to the town. You'll understand the importance of that when you go. He was then very respectful of our space for the next 4 days but kicked back into his exuberant and energetic personality to help us depart. A wonderful experience and a highlight of our France trip. Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

This place was a great find. An ideal location with stunning views. A fully equipped kitchen, fabulous garden to sit and relax together with an amazing roof terrace to sunbathe. Dominique was very responsive and helpful.

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful house, with a beautiful view of Saint-Paul de Vence. Well-equipped house (dishes, appliances, etc.) and comfortable. Walking distance to the village and amenities. A few kilometers from Nice and Saint-Paul de Vence. We would have liked to extend this great weekend. Thanks to the hosts!

A very nice stay. Very nice location. A nice accommodation in a well-maintained property. The highlight of this accommodation is the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the beautiful and large terrace.

Everything was perfect! Recommend it.

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

Susana’s place was incredible! The view and location were perfect! Even being outside with the most beautiful view was amazing. There is a hammock outside over looking the ocean if you just want to relax and inhale the beauty. Very clean and there was coffee for the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! We were particularly enthusiastic about the large balcony with a fantastic view of the sea – simply wonderful to start the day or relax in the evening. The house was excellently equipped: washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board – nothing was really missing. Everything was very clean, well organized and furnished with a lot of love. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Gaelle and Laurent’s place! The place was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Second visit… homely and comfortable apartment in great location.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Villefranche at Conor’s home. The apartment is conveniently located near a bakery, fruit store, and pharmacy making it easy to gather food for breakfast on the balcony. The nearby bus makes for a quick commute to Nice, while the Villefranche harbor and restaurants are a short walk away.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

The apartment’s location was excellent — just a short walk from everything we needed.
