I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Our family of 3 stayed 11 nights at David's apartment in Nice and it was amazing. The location along the Promenade was a long walk from Old Nice but it offered the most amazing views of the entire Promenade and the sea, and the local neighborhood was charming and walkable. It was only a 10-minute car ride to the central train station, which is so convenient for traveling everywhere in the French Riviera. We attended the Monaco Grand Prix and the round-trip was really easy. Inside, the living room was spacious, bright and airy thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the Promenade. The master bedroom was also quite roomy with plenty of closets and a private balcony. The second bedroom was significantly smaller yet bright and featured a well-appointed adjacent bathroom. David and his team were incredibly professional and responsive to minor requests, and their communication is a model for other managers on Airbnb. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the Nice!

Beautiful place, in the heart of Villefrance, nice balcony with a stunning view on the sea, well equipped, clean, great communication... Everything perfect!

Very helpful in respect to all aspects of the vacation especially the instrumental advice for getting from the airport to the apartment. Apartment couldn’t have been cleaner. Very comfortable. A minute walk to a bus stop that can take you anywhere in Monaco. If I had to critique something perhaps the bed is a bit unconventional but still very comfortable. A great trip and couldn’t ask for any more.

Very good stay in this clean and functional apartment close to Monaco. Everything is within walking or bus distance, even during the Grand Prix. Barbara is very helpful and communication was clear and pleasant. The outdoor terrace is a significant bonus. It is quiet, well exposed and enjoys a nice sea view.

This house is beautiful and very close to the beach, it feels like it’s your backyard. Cindy was very gentle and communicative, I will definitely return :)

Amazing location on the promenade! Host was very responsive and kind. Very easy to check in and right across the street from tram. Would highly recommend this place.

This is a really special place! It is nicely decorated, stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of space for our family of three. Both bathrooms were updated and attractive. It has lots of places to stash clothes and many electrical outlets. The hosts provided notebooks full of helpful information. Our absolute favorite thing was the rooftop deck! We were up there every day and night. Great views and so pretty with all the cacti. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, beach, and Castle Hill. Be ready for lots of stairs! I counted 97 stairs from front door to the apartment. Inside are more steps to the bed or deck. You have to walk a few minutes for Uber pickup. Not a big deal, but know they won't be pulling up to your door. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Nice.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Beautiful villa in a quiet location that is close to all locations. The pool and garden were great. All communication was excellent and we really appreciated Sandro being able to accommodate our late arrival due to our flight being delay. We would definitely choose this villa again in the future.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. This place was a great find. An ideal location with stunning views. A fully equipped kitchen, fabulous garden to sit and relax together with an amazing roof terrace to sunbathe. Dominique was very responsive and helpful.

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

Accommodation is fantastic. Beautiful building, central location, stunning balcony, cannot fault it. The house has everything you need and the beds are super comfy. Highly recommend

Xavier is a very proactive host. He recommended several restaurants and places to visit that we loved! He is present on site and is flexible on check-in and check-out which helps a lot. The place was very nice, well located and clean. May be a little noisy at night if you sleep with the window open.

Second visit… homely and comfortable apartment in great location.

First of all, if you have never been to Antibes - go! If you are in Antibes stay and Sebastien and Chloe’s place! This was exactly the place I wanted and needed when I planned my trip. The views!! The peace and calm of sitting on your balcony and looking over the water, the sunsets, the sunrises, all of it truly spectacular. Both Chloe and Sebastian were wonderful. Chloe met me personally to check me in, and when there was a minor hiccup (not due to anything on their part), they jumped into action, communicated throughout and had everything good as new within a few hours. There is nothing more for me to say, but go to Antibes and stay at this place! Perfect for 1 or 2 people.

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

The view is spectacular and Claire and Johan’s place is great! It’s steps from the beach and much more. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this stay! Everything was perfect!! We work heavily online and the internet was super fast and reliable — no issues at all. The place is beautifully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need.
