House vacation rentals in Montclus

Five stars all around. Communication with Florence was excellent. We asked for a better Weber grill and a brand new one was provided immediately. House is full of character, village is charming. Bakery in the center of town has closed, but there is another bakery further down the road. Small grocery store in the center of town. Second floor (third floor North American) bedrooms could be an issue for those with mobility issues as the stone staircases are steep with only a rope to hang onto. Pulling out onto the road from the property requires assistance to make sure the way is clear. All in all, we would return in a heart beat.

Das Haus von Éric und Caroline liegt allein inmitten unberührter Natur in völliger Ruhe aber doch so zentral, dass man die Umgebung rundum gut erkunden kann. Das Haus oder eher das ganze Anwesen ist toll renoviert und hat dabei seinen alten Charme erhalten. Der Naturpool hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Kontakt mit Éric und telefonisch auch mit Caroline war sehr freundlich und sympathisch, vielen Dank! Wir hatten schon einige Häuser in Südfrankreich, dieses war definitiv ein ganz besonderes!

Our family of 5 had the most wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse on a quiet street near the village of Gordes. La Bastide des As is absolutely beautiful, blending rustic charm with chic decor and modern amenities. The house is spacious and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the lovely pool and outdoor dining areas- perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the surrounding villages. Sophie was truly amazing. She was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and going out of her way to make our stay special. She sent us advance recommendations on activities, dining, vineyards and shopping. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. It’s a lovely place for anyone looking to unwind in the heart of Provence—a perfect combination of tranquility and modern comforts. We can’t wait to return!

Nous remercions Fabrice pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa flexibilité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce mas, le cadre est agréable et paisible. L’hébergement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. La literie est confortable. Nous avons apprécié prendre nos repas à l’extérieur au bord de la piscine. Tout était parfait ! Encore un grand merci à Fabrice, vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés !

Magical!! Andy and Jess have an absolutely beautiful place that embodies what Airbnb is all about! The decor is well thought out and gorgeous with beautiful French antiques and comfy furniture. The yard was massive with a perfect swimming pool, big grassy area, and places to sit in the shade. We made dinner one evening and sat and chatted with our host which was probably one of our favorite nights. Andy was so warm and welcoming and gave us lots of tips for cute towns and markets. The animals were the happiest pets I’ve ever met and it was fun to hang out with the 2 sweet dogs and friendly cat. Can’t say enough good things about this property. You can feel the soul of it as soon as you enter and I only wish we’d had more time here on our trip through France. Thank you Andy and Jess for your hospitality!

The villa is surrounded by quintessential Provence countryside and the views are spectacular. The villa is very comfortable inside and is finished to a very high standard. The pool is large and the garden is beautifully maintained, making the outdoor spaces very pleasant to relax in. We were just a couple with a young baby, but the villa would be ideal for a larger group. The village of Villedieu is a short (5-10 min) walk down the hill, and is very pretty and peaceful. There is a nice square where you can sit and have a drink, and there is also an Epicerie for essentials. Other recommendations include: Châteauneuf-du-Pape (particularly Le Verger des Papes), Avignon and Pont du Gard, which are all within driving distance (45 mins to 1 hr). The host (Simon) also had some other good recommendations.

le lieu simplement sublime la maison est magnifique et l’environnement est une vraie carte postale. c’est un endroit paisible, entre pierres et nature. les propriétaires sont adorables et Blandine est vraiment réactive. merci beaucoup

Wir haben mit 2 Familien (4Erw, 4 Teens) eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Das geschmackvolle Bauernhaus mit seinem gepflegten Garten und seinem sehr großen Pool sind eine tolle Entspannungsoase. Jeder hatte Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und auch schattige Plätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Für Ausflüge zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist die Lage sehr gut. Zum Strand muss man jedoch ca.1,5h einplanen. Adrien & Helene haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren bei Fragen komplikationslos erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Une parfaite petite maison pour s’évader ! Idéalement bien placée dans les Cévennes, hyper calme, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et bien équipée. Avec en sus piscine et belle piste de pétanque … Et des hôtes disponibles, réactifs et très sympathiques !

Super séjour, la maison était très spacieuse, et encore plus belle en vrai ! Tout est bien pensé pour le confort des visiteurs. Ma famille et moi recommandons à 100% ce logement !

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern zwischen 18 Monaten und 4 Jahren zu Gast. Das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit mehr als genug Geschirr und Besteck über Essbereich im Haus wie außerhalb, einer gemütlichen Lounge-Ecke, einem tollen Pool mit genügend Liegen, einem großen Außenbereich mit Spielmöglichkeiten incl. Tischtennisplatte und Trampolin war alles da. Die Kinder hatten mindestens so viel Spaß wie wir. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen 😊. Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch in Goudargues. Mittwoch ist dort Markt.

Absolutely loved this place. You want the south of France in a nutshell? This is it. The gite was spacious, squeaky clean, fully equipped and the beds were so incredibly comfortable. The gite and surrounding buildings were full of character and soul. Jean Claude and Sophie have put so much love into their home and it was a privilege to share it with them. Jean Claude was a true delight. Such a warm and kind gentleman who couldn't do enough for you. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful with lots to see and do. Jean Claude's recommended some wonderful local places to visit too. We would not hesitate to recommend or come again. Thank you for a great stay.

An enchanting, luxury getaway in the South of France. This is everything you’re looking for in Provence and then some. Gorgeous views, posh pool, lots of privacy on a beautifully renovated French country estate. You won’t be disappointed!

Ce logement est magnifique et il est situé dans un décor splendide. C’est le calme total. Il y a de très belles randonnées à faire dans la région. Nous sommes venus à un moment où il ne faisait pas très chaud avec beaucoup pluie. Le système de chauffage est un petit poêle à bois à combustion lente que nous avons dû fournir en bois tout au long de notre séjour afin de réchauffer le logement et chasser l’humidité. Mais ce séjour a été une expérience unique.

Un séjour absolument merveilleux en famille ! La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, on s’y sent immédiatement comme chez soi. Le cadre, entouré de vignes, est tout simplement magnifique et très apaisant, parfait pour se ressourcer. Audrey est une hôte exceptionnelle, disponible, attentionnée et d’une grande gentillesse. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous repartons avec de super souvenirs et l’envie de revenir très vite. Merci encore Audrey!

C'était super ! Philipp et Annie était super accueillant. Philipp a bien voulu répondre à nos questions sur les restaurants et les marchés environnants. Le gite était parfait. Tout neuf, tout beau et les vieilles pierres gardaient bien la fraicheur. L'emplacement est idéal. Rivière pour se baigner à 500m mais aussi à moins de 30 minutes d'énormément de chose à voir. Logement parfait pour une famille comme la notre ! On recommande chaudement !!

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison à Ucel, en Ardèche. La maison est pleine de caractère, joliment décorée et parfaitement équipée pour passer des vacances reposantes. Le cadre est paisible, avec une très belle piscine bien entretenue, idéale pour se rafraîchir après une journée de découvertes dans la région. L’accueil était chaleureux et tout s’est très bien déroulé. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We loved our stay at Aurelie’s. The home was cozy and beautifully decorated with a private courtyard. The home was located close to a cluster of small villages, as well as some restaurants. Aurelie was very responsive and quick to assist with some minor issues we encountered. We would love to come back some day!

We had a fantastic stay with our family! The house has a beautiful interior, is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The property itself is stunning and perfect for relaxing or spending time outdoors. It’s located in a great area with easy access to local attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Highly recommend and I hope we will have the chance to stay there again!
