The TGV train station is 10 minutes away, halfway between the Morvan and the Burgundy vineyard. The 70 m2 accommodation is located in the extension of the owners' house and offers you a fully equipped kitchen, a living room. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Two bedrooms, each with a 140 double bed. Outdoor access with garden furniture and independent courtyard.

Elle se compose d’une cuisine toute équipée, ouverte sur un séjour, d’une véranda et d’une salle de bain avec douche et WC. A l’étage, deux chambres en enfilade avec un grand lit et deux lits de 90. L'accès à l'étage se fait par un escalier étroit et pentu, et est déconseillé aux personnes peu mobiles. Parking avec portail fermant à clé.

TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and bathroom with spa shower. You can park in the secure courtyard. Close to Vaison circuit, Parc des Combes, Château de la Verrerie.
