Our gite is conveniently located in the municipality of Lamothe Montravel, at the crossroads of the vineyards of Bergerac and Bordeaux, on the right bank of the Dordogne, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the vineyard from its sunny terrace. 2 levels: the front door is on the 2nd level: 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. First level 8 steps, a large room with kitchen, dining area and living room, a wood-burning stove (only means of heating the house) wood provided.

The 45 m2 accommodation has a kitchen open to the living room. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet. The bedroom has a double bed. The sofa bed offers two extra beds. The accommodation is new and well arranged. Parking makes it easy to park your vehicle. Access is simple and independent. This green place is in the middle of the village of Montcaret next to its Gallo-Roman villa. Calm and serenity at the meeting point with shops and local products nearby.

It takes 1 hour to reach Bordeaux or Périgueux by car. The train is a short drive from the property.

Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
