It features a wonderful terrace with views of the village, the mountains, and in the distance, the sea with the Bay of Roses. The house offers several living areas, 2 fireplaces, a barbecue, a pool table and table tennis. Capacity can be increased by up to 4 guests by renting the loft located on the same house.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms on the top floor (three double beds and two single beds), a full bathroom, a toilet on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, a fireplace, heating and a 400m2 private garden (for the exclusive use of the house only). It has fiber Wifi. July, August, early September, Christmas, Easter and every Friday of the year, check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Completely renovated old barn, in the heart of the village of Reynes, you will find calm and serenity, enjoy the surrounding nature! Perched at the top of the village, you will take a fairly narrow road after the town hall and cemetery to arrive at the parking space right in front of the cottage. Only 10/15 min. drive from Céret, Amélie Les Bains. 40 min. from the coast. The accommodation does not currently have Wi-Fi (coming soon), but the phone network is good.
