We had a great time staying at this extraordinary place! The treehouse is luxuriously equipped with toilet and shower and it is wonderfully quiet. Also the environment is very worthwhile and Selma gives good tips (e.g. restaurants). We would book it again at any time:-)

The accommodation was spotless when we arrived with little extras like toiletries (toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo...) The place is quiet and peaceful and the hosts are discreet. If you are looking for relaxation with beautiful visits to the Loire castle, I would recommend it.

We had a great time at Christophe's place. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the cleanliness, the location to visit the castles of the Loire and the amenities (especially those for our baby as if we were at home and the hot tub that allowed us to rest well)! We recommend it without hesitation!

Beautiful accommodation for a weekend for families or groups of friends. In the heart of the vineyards, a timeless space that only makes you want to disconnect and enjoy your loved ones in a very nice setting. The amenities are very numerous and very much appreciated.

We have just had the best 12 days staying at Oliver's stunning garden room. The accomodation was perfect, the garden stunning & the hot tub was a treat after a day exploring the area. Oliver reccomended some great places to visit that we may not have gone to as there are so many great places to visit. We had the pleasure of having a drink with Oliver & Marie before we left which was lovely way to end our stay....merci Oliver 🙂 We would reccomend staying at Oliver's to anyone & you would love it 👍🏻🙂

We had a great stay at this beautiful house in the region of Athee sur Cher. The house is comfortable and modern and al facilities are there. The jacuzzi was a great extra! The host Alexandre and his family put a lot of effort in making the house neat and comfortable and providing us with information about the stay and advice for trips. The house is located at a beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and a great view. A lot of activities are nearby such as great castles of the Loire valley, great cities as Amboise and Blois and fun activities to do with children in nature or activity parks. The house is great to stay with a family with children. We felt really welcome, there is a lot of space and facilities in the house. If you want a relaxing stay but also enjoy the Loire valley,I would really recommend this house!

Great stay! The owner is very responsive, available and accommodating — we were late (1:30 a.m. on a Saturday night) and he still welcomed us warmly. He also took the time to prepare personalized recommendations, tested by himself, which was a big plus. Very nice and flexible on check-in and check-out times. The apartment was faithful to the photos: clean, quiet, good location (right in the city center but in a quiet neighborhood). A really good experience. We recommend it!

Well-equipped, functional and quiet cottage.

This place was Spacious; very Spacious for just my husband and I. Loved It!! Walking distance for a lot of stores and restaurants. If You really want to treat yourself go to Le Reserve-it was amazing!! Get the Apple for dessert. Eating at and living near the Clock Tower and an easy walk to the Chateau d’ Amboise was perfect. Take a cold bottle of water if you’re walking to Leonardo Di Vinci’s home. It’s worth the walk, but it is a workout, especially with no Cold Water. The chime on the Clock Tower at the 1/2 hr made me smile. Reminded me I was in France every-time! I think it stopped at 6 pm daily. I would not only return I would live here!! Merci

4 days as a family in this wonderful gite in the red house. The accommodation is very spacious and has a lot of character (classified house), ideally located for walking around Chinon and shining in the area. There are all the necessary amenities, the bedding is comfortable and the apartment tastefully decorated. Thanks to Nathalie and Vincent for their warm welcome and good advice, we'll be happy to come back!

Great welcome by our host in the accommodation, great location! What a pleasure to find some delicious homemade cake after our bike trip! Roselyne is adorable, very responsive and very helpful following an oversight on our part. It would be a real pleasure to return!

Fantastic, ongoing stay at Le Nid.

Very friendly and pro-active hosts who respected our privacy. We absolutely loved the huge enclosed garden for our dogs and enjoyed our sundowner next to the river. We regretted not booking longer but we will return to explore the area. We highly recommend this gite if you enjoy tranquility and beautiful surroundings.

Excellent 5-day stay. Marie and Bruno were lovely, they took the time to show us around and explain everything. They are very accommodating and attentive to prepare the stay in advance. Large house, clean, perfect for a large family with children. The large garden and its many activities (swimming pool, swing, trampoline, hut, orchard) kept the children busy on their own. There are also many indoor toys. A treat for the kids. Beautiful plancha for 14 people. Nice beds. However, there is only one bathroom. At 14, you have to get organized, but it's doable. In short, a success!

Karen and Craig were such wonderful and attentive hosts from the moment we arrived, full of joy and great local recommendations! The setting is so peaceful and the pool was great for doing some lengths, the cottage was decorated so beautifully too. We felt right at home and enjoyed some much needed tranquility amongst the birdsong, it was such a great stay and we'd love to come back.

We had a great time at this beautiful old mill. The place is very peaceful and superb. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Large swimming pool to relax after a bike ride along the Loire. Excellent welcome from Frédéric. We recommend this place.

We stayed here for a week with a group of 12 and found the home to be perfectly sized. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out if wanted and still enough spaces for us all to come together. The grounds and area in general are stunning and very peaceful. You absolutely need a car to get around to anything. The nearest towns are small and charming and Tours is only about 40min away. It's important to note the second floor has 2 showers, so the bedrooms with the single beds (pink and green) must share with the turquoise room, or walk through the blue room to use theirs. The water is hot but the top floor has low pressure if anyone else is showering. The house and furnishings show their age but it's very comfortable and charming. All of Pierre's recommendations were lovely - we did the carriage ride and hired a private chef (Morgan) both with great success. I would definitely recommend the stay again it was such a relaxing week and a great hub to all the Loire chateaux.

A paradise! Wonderful terrace on the edge of the forest, where we ate meals. A beautiful well-maintained pool invited you to swim. Jasmine scent and flowering perennials as well as a vegetable garden are on the premises. Evelyn and Pierre were warm and always approachable hosts. Horses, dogs and chickens keep company on the old roses over sown property. Would love to come again.
