Carp cottage

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

Old-Fashioned House

Maison d'Autrefois is an attractive house that has been thoroughly renovated by the new owners in the style of 'Bourgeois Chique'. The house has six sleeping places (2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), a living/dining room, a kitchen, bathroom and backyard. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The location 50 meters from the city park and the Lot River makes Maison d'Autrefois the ideal place to stay for an unforgettable vacation.

Anastasia and Simon welcome you to Sarlat-la-Canéda, capital of Périgord Noir. Come and spend a stay in our beautiful "La Truffière" cottage with stunning views of the valley and our truffle field! Completely renovated in early 2022, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located just minutes from the historic center and shops in a quiet and green environment. The cottage is on our property, but is completely separate from our house.

The old bread oven located in the middle of the vineyard has recently been renovated. Everything has been thought out for a pleasant time. If you are visiting our pretty area you will find all the comforts you need. Plus the SPA (May-September) for a relaxing moment after your day of sightseeing in our area You can can canoe, taste good wines, visit castles, go to the padirac abyss or just take beautiful walks in the vineyard.
