Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. Constance was an incredible host and if you’re looking for a more affordable accommodation option in Montauk, I could not recommend more! The suite is separate from the other parts of the house downstairs and we were easily able to come and go as we pleased. Connie offered to drive us to and from the train station which was a huge perk! We were otherwise able to easily and quickly walk into town. We are looking forward to hopefully staying here again at some point in the future!

Host is extremely accommodating and considerate. When it snowed he put salt down. Beautiful place with a beautiful fireplace. Peaceful. Host is responsive to all questions. The best stay we had out east and we will return again.
