An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

Tout était parfait. L'appartement de Jean Pierre était très agréable à y vivre. Jean Pierre répondait rapidement à nos questions. Ce fût un super séjour chez Jean Pierre, je le recommande fortement.

Entré dans l'appartement, un impression de calme et de sérénité. Le parfum d'ambiance y est peut-être pour quelque chose... Acceuillant: des capsules de café étaient à disposition, tout le nécessaire de base d'une cuisine aussi (sel, poivre, huiles, vinaigres, etc...) Je recommande ce lieu très sympa

Very clean, well-equiped studio in the heart of the historic center. Easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Very quiet as it faces a courtyard and not the street. Easy check out. (Only cautionary note is accessing the bed requires a ladder climb up to a low-ceiling loft, which for anyone with mobility issues would be a challenge.) Finally, appreciated the personal greeting and timely communication with the host Valerie. Highly recommend!

un appartement incroyable, super bien placé un hôte qui donne des instructions très clairs et est très flexible je recommande à 100% je garde même le lieu pour une prochaine visite sur Rennes !

Super séjour , logement propre et très agréable au centre de rennes à proximité de restaurants . L’appartement est fidèle aux photos . Très joli, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût . Seul petit bémol le bruit de l’extérieur le vendredi soir, lorsqu’il fait chaud il n’est pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres . Beaucoup de bruit très tard dans la nuit .Toutefois je remercie Lucie et Marie pour l’accueil et pour toutes les informations fournies tout au long de notre séjour.

Wir waren für zwei Tage in der Unterkunft, um von hier aus St. Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, Dinard, Dinan und Dol zu erkunden. Es war alles super sauber und Claudine war sehr nett. Sie hatte uns sogar ein paar Produkte für unser Frühstück bereitgestellt. Vielen Dank!

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in toller bretonischer Umgebung verbracht. Das Haus ist super gelegen, obwohl mittendrin (Bäcker, Tankstelle und Lebensmittelladen direkt fussläufig erreichbar in wenigen Minuten), ist es auch ruhig mit dem kleinen süßen sonnigen Innenhof. Wir haben ganze Tage Zuhause verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Anthony war bei Fragen immer direkt erreichbar und zeigte sich immer freundlich und hatte tolle Tipps auf Lager. Das gemütliche Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner, als auch Bügelequipment sind vorhanden. Schweren Herzens haben wir es wieder verlassen, kommen aber sicher wieder. 🥰🥰

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé, la maison est top et très bien situé, nous avons passé une super moment !

c est devenu notre point de chute quand on vient en Brocéliande ! j adore le calme, le cadre et les équipements. annick est très attentionnée avec ses visiteurs.

Un voyage très agréable et satisfaisant. Samuel a été très professionnel et serviable. La maison est idéalement située et le stationnement est très pratique. Je choisirai certainement cet endroit à nouveau lors de ma prochaine visite. Merci !

Eines der schönsten Airbnb‘s in dem wir seit langem waren. Super schick eingerichtet, schön ruhig & sehr liebe Gastgeber! Haben uns total wohl gefühlt & hatten mehr Annehmlichkeiten als wir brauchten :) Auch mit dem Frühstück hatten wir gar nicht gerechnet! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Werden es unseren Freunden empfehlen, falls sie den Mont St. Michel auch ansehen wollen ;)

We had a really wonderful, restful stay. The flat was light and airy and comfortable and was just as Alexandra had described it. We enjoyed walking along the pathway to St Cast, or just popping down to one of the restaurants below the appartment for supper. We made lots of little excursions west and east along the coast but also enjoyed coming back “home” to just sit and enjoy the comings and goings below in the port.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans l’appartement de Claire, qui est très agréable à vivre et très bien situé. Les enfants se sont régalés et nous aussi. Nous étions déjà venu en 2022 et nous avions tous très envie d'y revenir, les enfants nous en reparlaient régulièrement tellement on y avait tous passé un super séjour. Et nous avons encore une fois passé un excellent séjour, ils ont adoré pouvoir à nouveau observer la marée à n’importe quel moment depuis le salon et accéder à la plage en un clin d’œil. Et Claire nous a vraiment très bien accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner tous les conseils et bons plans pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Nous y retournerons très certainement une prochaine fois !

Bel appartement situé à deux pas de la plage pour faire de belles balades et non loin d'intramuros. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Il y a tous les équipements disponibles pour bébé. Marie Claire s'est rendue disponible pour la remise des clés malgré notre retard de train !

Dette var ei mega bra leiligheten. vi har vært her i 7 dager, fartet litt rundt omkring igjen blitt kjent med Saint Malo. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake og vi anbefale denne for alle som skal bruke noen dager i Saint Malo.

Nous recommandons ce logement pour plusieurs raisons : accueil professionnel et chaleureux de Laurence, logement très bien équipé et très propre, proximité du centre-ville (marche, boulangerie, commerce),un marché très bien achalandé à environ 6min de ce logement, la plage avec une dizaine de minutes à pied et des grandes maisons ayant une architecture magnifique.

Appartement très bien situé, très agréable, très bien équipé, propre. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la proximité de la plage et le parking privé est vraiment un plus. Emeline est très réactive et les informations communiquées avant notre arrivée étaient très claires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
