House in the village of Médréac with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room (within walking distance of all amenities). Parking at the foot of the house. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms with dresser and one with dressing room. House with an equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, induction cooktop), a living room with TV, wood stove. Cleaning is your responsibility. With yourself, as a couple, with family, friends or colleagues, "La Maison du 37" can accommodate up to 4 people for a weekend, a few days, or weeks. Halfway between Rennes (20km), and the mythical Forest of Brocéliande (24km). Train access 8mn walk.

Le Vaugrassin Gîte

Located on the edge of the forest and a stone's throw from Lake Trémelin, the Vaugrassin welcomes you for a quiet stay with family or friends. With 4 bedrooms (including a dormitory) and 3 bathrooms, the gîte can accommodate up to 12 people. Ideal base for many walks and hikes, you can also explore the Brocéliande forest and its legends. This family accommodation is close to downtown Montauban-de-Bretagne and a 5-min drive to the train station (Rennes/Saint-Brieuc). The house has a terrace. It also has a kennel where you can leave your pets when they are not allowed in certain tours. Equipped with a king size bed upstairs and a sofa bed on the ground floor, our accommodation will allow you to rest after a day of work or sightseeing.

Completely renovated in 2021, you will be charmed by this small quiet country house located a 2-minute drive from all shops. Great for a couple or solo stay as well as business travelers. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a large shower and a bedroom with a double bed. Guests can enjoy a south-facing terrace at the front of the property.
