Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative in the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, please note that the pool protection curtain is not functional. Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .

Very nice house, spacious and well appointed. A refresh, especially in the downstairs bathroom, would be welcome as well as on the terrace furniture. The rest is as described.

Superb accommodation, the villa is spacious, comfortable, it feels good. Nothing is missing, it is very well equipped, well arranged and with beautiful decoration. It is possible to park in front of the house. The tram is close by. Communication with Ludovic was smooth! To be redone

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Very nice accommodation, Samuel and his wife are very welcoming. Kind and flexible. We came for a weekend with friends. We had a great time. When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! Our villa was amazing. Such a lovely place for us to stay with our family of ten. Very spacious bedrooms. Great outside area to bbq and have evening meals. Perfect location, superb swimming pool, excellent host.

Super welcoming and accommodating host, the accommodation was in impeccable condition and very very clean when we arrived. There were two of us (a large family would be happy and well accommodated up there too) looking for peace and quiet and the birdsong and pretty butterflies 🦋 in the garden brought us a lot of sweetness, a magnificent view that you can see with your own eyes and all that 15 minutes from Montpellier and a few minutes from all shops. Equipped and functional accommodation and special mention for the barbecue that we enjoyed Thanks to Emmanuel for the welcome and kindness, we'll definitely be back!!
