Close to A75 highway exit. The studio is 35 m2 with bedroom, kitchen dining area, bathroom and separate toilet. It has a terrace with furniture, a garden and a closed parking lot with independent entrance.

Between sea, vineyards and scrubland, 10 minutes from Montpellier, rent old small stone barn completely restored in the medieval village of Murviel-lès-Montpellier. Accommodation for 2 people. - dining room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave/oven, dishes, Senseo coffee machine, ...) - bedroom with 140*190 bed, TV, wardrobe, armchair - bathroom with vanity, shower, toilet, storage. Towels and bed sheets are provided. The pool is a shared space with our family.

In a small condominium of 3 lots, a charming 15 m² room, independent and private entrance, with your bathroom/toilet, and mini kitchenette (No hotplates/ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier 5 minutes by car, shops, tram stops and highway access 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.

Charming cellar / 18th century

Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally. This atypical property is located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.

Village house

This is a fully renovated 50 m2 village house. You enjoy the charm of the old with all the comforts you need. The house is located on the ground floor overlooking on one side the village square and the backyard on the other. Quiet and tranquil, you have a large living room, dining room, kitchen. In a row you will find a spacious bedroom with its bathroom and toilet overlooking a green space.

Garden and pool house

Perfect for a couple on vacation or a professional looking for calm, greenery and their own garden! Our family pool, not overlooked, to be shared with another studio (2 other guests) and ourselves, awaits you at any time (summer period). The 18 m2 studio is located close to the Cévennes hinterland, 40 minutes from the beaches and 30 minutes from Montpellier Centre. Vehicle essential!

Located 8 km from Montpellier, on the heights of the village of Saint-Gely-du-Fesc, you will enjoy absolute calm in a residential area ideally located between sea, city and scrubland. This 25 m2 studio is adjoining and independent of a contemporary villa located on a 1100 m2 wooded garden. It is 35 minutes from the sea, 25 minutes from the river and 10 minutes from Pic Saint Loup.
