Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Montana

We ended our stay in Wyoming here and it was wonderful. Not only is this place adorably decorated but it also has the most spectacular views! I don't think I could ever get tired of the mountain views here...I wish we could have stayed longer. Liz was wonderful to chat with and gave excellent suggestions for local places to check out as well. Best place we stayed all week.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The setting was beautiful—peaceful, private, and just a short walk to the river. We really appreciated the extra touches like the clear instructions, comfortable beds, and reliable Wi-Fi. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the Missoula/Bitterroot area. We'd absolutely stay here again!

We loved the A-frame, the deck and the overall charm of the cabin. It is a wonderful place to stay!

Definition of hosting guest is Personified. Great example of proactive hosting. Right from booking and checking in each detail was already shared so nicely. Having been able to share such a pristine place is in itself a big thing. Only one recommendation please if possible increase the stand in shower inside a large bathroom. Also you can advertise this EV Charging facility to get more clients which is such a plus point to have. I woke up each morning with my Tesla fully charged and enjoyed North, West and East GNP. Thank you !!

Truly one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! Piper went above and beyond as a host—sending us fantastic recommendations before our arrival and making sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. We were just minutes from Georgetown Lake and got to go paddleboarding with our dogs before heading to the local brewery for a pint with some friendly locals. It was a peaceful and memorable Memorial Day weekend, and we’re already looking forward to booking this lovely spot again in the future!

Bob and Sharon are such wonderful people! Their life and places they’ve been and the home they’ve built was a great story! The home was beautifully unique! Made by bob! Gorgeous views! The kids and adults had a blast in the cool Racket ball court! They were so welcoming and made you feel like family! We sure enjoyed our stay!

What a charming little house with character. I wanted to pack the bathroom in my bag!! Brady was very quick to answer my message. The neighborhood was quiet and we saw 2 deer across the street, relaxed and not afraid of us. Our daughter enjoyed the hot tub both evenings.

Had extremely high expectations going in, and was still blown away, absolutely breathtaking location, was set up just like being at home and we were never without anything! Would 10/10 stay here again and highly recommend! Host was incredible and very friendly, wouldn’t look to stay anywhere else, we were very well accommodated and taken care of with the highest level of hospitality

The view from the kitchen table is breathtaking! Cozy space, well decorated, comfy beds, full kitchen, great shower, private backyard sitting area, easy to find. Would 10/10 recommend staying here! Did I mention the view?

Patricia & her husband were absolute wonderful and kind souls. The cabin retreat is really what we needed for my husbands medical procedure recovery. The views are peaceful and Patricia made sure to have all the amenities and comfort needed here to cook, rest, and feel right at home. Certainly will be coming back for any long term out of town events or for more medical procedures. Don’t overlook this private sanctuary. You both have our deepest thanks and energy. Cheers!

Brett and Andrea’s place is truly a hidden gem—peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were plenty of cozy blankets and pillows, ideal for unwinding and watching a movie. If we find ourselves back in the area, we would absolutely stay here again!

Dan was accommodating and friendly! The space was great and in a beautiful spot. Good value for the area!

It was a wonderful four night stay. The location was pretty convenient for accessing most places around Glacier Park(Kalispell, whitefish, Pulson etc). Also Bigfork itself is right next to amazingly beautiful Flathead Lake too. Hidden Retreat is located in a peaceful, quiet environment so we could also get great rest everyday after touring the area. We can tell that Nancy put her heart into everything in this home. It was very clean, It has everything that travelers need. Montana is one of the most beautiful states in the U.S. if not THE most. Also this vacation home would be one of the best places, if not the best to stay while there. Highly recommend for Montana travelers :)

Our stay here was great! The place was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could need for a short or long term visit! It’s a quick and easy drive to downtown Bozeman, we had Jam for brunch which was one of the recommendations in the guest handbook and it was amazing!

Very special area of Missoula. It feels like a neighborhood in the woods. Saw a black bear walk by as I was grilling up a couple of steaks. We also saw deer every evening from our living room window while watching a movie. Great experience.

Quiet, comfy cabin right on the lake. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and hopping on the lake. Big Fork was a cute little town to explore for about half a day as well! Scott is very friendly and informative.

John's cabin far exceeded our expectations. Pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the cabin and the surrounding area. The backyard orchard was blooming and beautiful. The view from the patio, with fireplace was amazing. The cabin felt like home, extremely cozy. Definitely will be making another trip here in the future.

I set out to find a new place I’ve never been and be at peace and somewhat anonymous. This cabin checks all of these boxes. The cabin was cozy and well suited to have a cocktail on the porch at night, close up quick to go to town, or to cook your own food. I was surrounded by natures serenity in comfort and zero outside noise. The hosts were more than responsive and helpful. They made the visit easy and took a lot of pride in their little place. It was their home at one point while building what they call the main house. I would recommend this cabin and stay 100 out of 10. Lots of great stories in their travel journal for the house. Thanks guys. I will be back at some point to catch some of those great views and fresh air!!!

The fellas and I were up this way again for work, and although the work-day ran well over and into the night, we did enjoy our evening at the cabin immensely! - which of course included time around the fire together! On that note, I want folks to consider that nature is indeed encoded with information (by The Creator, like any design), and with this perspective in mind, is it any wonder that fire itself is still one of the most magnificent, ancient forces to this very day? Not only is fire a practical and necessary element for the living, but it is also a symbol that naturally causes most of us to pause and reflect on the very meaning of life :-) Aside from my take on life, I will simply say that this place is blessed and that I very much appreciated the many gifts that I discovered during my short stay - excited for future plans! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at the cabin. Between the scenery, the livestock and the nearby attractions we always had something to keep us occupied. I highly recommend the cabin to anyone planning to visit the area.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was very close to downtown, and the house was very clean. The best part was getting to sit out on the back porch and watch all of the farm animals. Definitely a place we would stay at again if we are back in town.

What can I say about this property… not enough! Felt right at home. So peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views. Stocked with everything you need. This was close to some of our favorite fishing spots. So great to cook out on the Charcoal grill, eat outside and watch the animals. Becky was amazing in every way. Always communicating and made sure we didn’t need anything extra with a little dip in temperatures. We will stay again. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin.
