Love coming back here. Right across the street from the hot springs, and two blocks from grocery stores and restaurants. The house fits two families and has very nice upscale furniture with a gorgeous custom made dining table. Lots of TVs to keep everyone entertained and a very cozy vibe with a reading nook and a game table. Hot tub outside is the cherry on top. Kitchen is fully stocked and has a lot of spices and very nice china dishes. Great set of knives which most rentals don’t have.

We had a great stay! It was our first time in Whitefish, and being so close to all that the to offer was fantastic. The place was spotless, and has all the cooking/comfort items you could want or need. I appreciated all the little notes / tips around the place. It had everything we needed.

An outdoor hot tub is surrounded by a wooden deck, blanketed by snow. Tall evergreen trees provide a natural backdrop, while steam rises gently from the heated water, creating an inviting atmosphere. The area is enclosed by a partial fence, ensuring privacy.

Great spot, 10 min from downtown, 5 min from Whitefish Resort, and steps way from the hot tub and sauna. Awesome little community! House is very comfortable and cozy. Only grip would be the internet speeds, there were extremely slow and cut out from time to time. Luckily it wasn’t really big deal for our group; as we were out skiing majority of the time. Also, Nina was very thorough in her check in instructions and community layout and procedures. Very responsive as well. Would definitely recommend.

Brooke’s spot was beautiful and peaceful and we loved staying here. It felt very safe, clean, and cared for. My favorite part was the great kitchen! It is well equipped and spacious and we enjoyed many dinners on the patio and the dining room. Felt very comfortable staying in this spot. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone passing through Livingston!

I had a very comfortable stay at Kathy's place. I needed a place to stay close enough to the Spencer Opal mine, in Spencer, Idaho and it was less than 30 minutes to get to Spencer from Lima. The kitchen had what I needed to cook there. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was adequate. It is a big house and would be great for a family. I would highly recommend this BnB!

The location is great, beautiful view and super close to town - you can even walk into town if you want to do so or its like a 4 min drive. It is a condo, so at times you can hear the neighbors but overall its great value. The staff was really fast and supportive when we had a couple questions and it was greatly appreciated.
