Studio cosy situé au 1er étage d'une résidence récente et sécurisée, à 150 mètres à pied de la gare Saint Roch. Est inclut une place de parking privée dans une cour fermée. Le studio est équipé d'une climatisation mobile. Vous disposez d'un grand ascenseur ; pratique pour les bagages. Le studio est très lumineux, il offre une pièce de vie chaleureuse et cosy de 20m2. Dès l'entrée, un petit hall pratique vous accueillera avec en face la pièce principale et sur la droite une salle d'eau/WC.

Our accommodation with an equipped kitchen is reserved for you. It overlooks the Pont du Diable, and has exceptional views of our authentic landscapes. The terrace and a relaxation area will help you suspend time. A beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, and a bedroom with bay window overlooking a superb view. All air-conditioned. Its terrace overlooks the 400 m2 green GARDEN. Quiet residential area, FREE PARKING on the street in front of the house. THE 2 SINGLE BEDS can be PUSHED TOGETHER or SEPARATED by a CURTAIN, to create TWO mini bedroom SPACES IN THE MAIN ROOM and maintain everyone's privacy.

Nice 2-room terrace, parking, near historic center

Bright 2-room, not overlooked, with 20 m² terrace in the residence. Close to the historic center, in front of the CREPS, a bus stop is at the bottom of the building as well as a free-access bike station and a tram stop a few minutes walk away. Free parking is available at the residence. There is a double bed and a fixed sofa large enough for a person under 1m80, rather an extra bed. Please contact me in advance if you want a self check-in.

The "Montpellier Saint-Roch" train station is 10 minutes away and the tram (4 lines) is a 5-minute walk away. 4 underground parking lots within 500 m. Also within a 500 m radius, all the places to go out in the city of Montpellier (bars, restaurants, museums, cinemas, etc.)
