It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. Close to all shops (Supermarkets, Bakeries, Primeurs, Restaurants...). 50 m from the Commanderie (Free parking, playground). A market is held every Tuesday morning at 50 m.

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.
