Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

Norman cottage in the heart of the Vire Valley

Ancienne Baronnie, cette maison récemment rénovée n'attend plus que vous. Datant du 18ième siècle, cette maison était connue de tout le village et encore aujourd'hui beaucoup d'habitants se rappellent y avoir passé un moment. La rénovation a porté sur la mise en valeurs des matériaux naturels (bois, pierre) en ajoutant un côté moderne. Emplacement stratégique à mi-distance du Mont St Michel et des plages du débarquement, nous serons ravis de vous conseiller lors de votre séjour.

“La Maison de Cécile” is located in the heart of the Manche region, in the village of Troisgots, surrounded by nature, 12 minutes from Saint-Lô. Completely renovated in the summer of 2025, it was designed “just for us,” to welcome families and friends for a getaway: 3 bedrooms, a Jacuzzi, a French-style garden, games, a veranda with stunning views of the Vire Valley, a nearby green bike path, and nature all around—total relaxation guaranteed. The house is all yours, no neighbors!

The Firs

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.

Château des Boulais Suite

The Château des Boulais, whose oldest parts date back to the 16th century, is set in a flower-filled park with a view and is conveniently located for exploring both Mont Saint-Michel and the D-Day landing beaches, visiting Granville, or enjoying the sea or the nearby golf courses.
