Our spacious 48 m2 studio is located in the Mont Vernon residence, at the foot of the eastern bay, the complex has a large swimming pool, tropical gardens, laundry, new grocery store with fresh baguettes, pastries, fresh and frozen products, a pizzeria and parking lots The studio was completely renovated in 2022, it is air-conditioned, well appointed and finely decorated.

Julie's place was exactly as shown on the listing. It is in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful views from the balcony. The parking was a little challenging at first because it is a one way and you have to back into the spots but I eventually got the hang of it. There is a beautiful pool on site that was never too crowded and a few local restaurants and small grocery market within walking distance. A car is definitely recommended though to explore the island. Julie was always prompt in responding and we felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Very nice modern studio with a great view of Orient Bay beach. The studio was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The complex is right on Orient Bay beach and has a large nice pool. Check in was easy and our host very responsive to our questions. A reserved parking spot was included which is convenient and much closer than the general parking.

I can’t even put into words how amazing and peaceful this place was. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The atmosphere was serene, the home was incredibly clean, and every detail added to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Well located (outside the hustle and 5 min walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Saint Martin) Quick and smooth communication with our hosts as soon as we arrive Beautiful view at the top of the residence where there is a deck to do your yoga if you wish For those who are driven, supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car We had a great stay! Very nice room, everything you need. View was also beautiful and a few minutes walk to the pool. To get to the 'lively' part of the beach, it is a 12-minute walk along the sea. Very satisfied!
