Renovated (August 2024) for intelligent and maximum comfort, this air-conditioned and fully equipped studio is located on the top floor of the most wanted building (Tortola) of the Mt Vernon Secured Residence with swimming pool on the edge of Orient Bay beach. Cool (tiled) and shaded terrace, exceptional panoramic view including the entire Orient Bay beach and part of the nature reserve, with St Barth on the horizon! South oriented, calm and protected from the wind. Maintained with great care.
