spacious, functional and quiet, it is only the hot tub that does not work too much, it's a shame because we had booked here for this criteria.. The owner was sorry which allows us to accept better and leave 5 stars because otherwise everything is fine.

A simply magical stay at La Cabane! 🌟 The setting is idyllic, perfect for a relaxing break. The heated outdoor spa is a real treat, especially at the end of the day. We loved the presence of animals all around, which bring a touch of nature and serenity to the place. The interior is warm and very well-equipped, with a video projector for cozy evenings like at home (better!). When we arrived, the fridge was full, a really appreciated touch. And the cherry on top: we were able to enjoy delicious homemade pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven – a real treat! A huge thank you to the hosts for their hospitality and generosity. We leave rested and with hearts filled with beautiful memories. We will come back without hesitation!

We enjoyed the 2 weeks in the vacation home, especially the large garden, the pool and the jacuzzi. We didn't meet Philippe in person, but questions by message were answered within minutes and the defective dishwasher was even replaced on a Sunday. The house is quietly located on the outskirts and the cat Lulu (who does not live in the house) stops by from time to time.

It was very nice to stay in this beautiful place and the fantastically renovated house. This was done with a lot of attention and love; we thought it was very nice! Lauriane was very friendly and cordial and really did her best to make us feel comfortable, but also respected our privacy. Breakfast the next morning was delicious! The only thing we regretted and did not understand well from the advertisement was that we could not use the kitchen. That was no problem in retrospect, but would be necessary for us if we were to stay somewhere for a longer period of time. Lauriane, thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful decorations made the place feel very comfortable. Sandra was very responsive which helped with check in.

We only spent two nights, but it was perfect, the place is very peaceful, quite secluded but you can easily go shopping by driving 10 minutes. The surrounding forests are beautiful. I would just say that the rules are a little strict when it comes to the pool, but it can be understood. We'll be back!

We have had a wonderful 14 days, where we have been around the area, but have also gone on many wonderful walks with our dogs. House and garden are very suitable for having a dog. The house is really well decorated with rich possibilities in the kitchen as in the living room. There is a lot of good information about experience opportunities in the area and there are really good manuals and explanations. The house exudes warmth and it is hard not to want to stay. A quaint cottage just like in the pictures in a small village. In addition to a beautiful church where we were spontaneously shown around by a lady from the village who we happened to speak. Beautiful walks made from the cottage with our dog. We saw different types of birds including the hops! Beautiful places nearby. A wonderful holiday in a cottage that is equipped with all comforts. A fenced garden with seating and sun loungers. In short, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful family weekend in this beautiful accommodation, very clean and peaceful (the neighborhood is also very friendly). The house is well-equipped, and nicely decorated, suitable for large families. The garden is large and pleasant for lunch in the sun, and the interior also with its 2 living rooms for rainy weather. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the lake, for swimming and running around Only regret: not renting it for one more night A big thank you to the host who did everything to make this stay go smoothly (very responsive, accommodating for checkout, and spontaneously shared their good addresses & little madeleines) - these are the touches that make the difference

A typical and charming little house as we imagined it. Everything was perfect and friendly with good quality bedding... Caroline had planned everything for our arrival with a delicate touch on her part. We couldn't enjoy the garden, which seems bucolic, the weather not being suitable. Very friendly contact with Dominique, unfortunately we didn't see him, too bad. Impeccable cottage located in the middle of several small farm buildings, the inhabitants of the farm very friendly, the setting super beautiful, super quiet, the house is very large, very well decorated and very well arranged. Space to park vehicles, we have motorcycles, even a small barn to shelter them but we didn't use it. When we arrived two bottles of Vézelay beer were waiting for us. Super nice 🤩 stay.

Semur en Aouxois is a picturesque medieval town and this great accommodation fits perfectly. Small rustic stone cottage cozy modernized! Sufficient for two people with a great garden to relax by the river. The kitchen is well equipped for the basics. We were always in town for dinner. Communication with the landlords in advance, at check-in and afterwards was smooth, fast and very pleasant. We highly recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful environment. Between Beaune and Dijon on the wine route we visited charming places. Jean-Claude is very welcoming, open to discussion... We had the privilege of tasting one of the wines from his estate. We will keep a tasty memory of it.

L'Ouche d'Athena is an exceptional cottage. We only stayed there one night for a wedding but were able to enjoy this peaceful retreat recently tastefully furnished in an old small house that was to be used for animals.
