Our cottage " La Cachette Verte" is only 10 steps from the hiking trails of the Marguerite Yourcenar departmental park. A cozy little nest nestled at the highest point of Mont Noir 1 km from the Belgian border. Possibility to park your bicycles and your cargo bike in our large entrance hall & have breakfast in our tea room by reservation.

Hike, bike, swim or just do nothing.

Cottage and meadow

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to tall trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristic sites. On request, breakfast: 13 euros/person.
