Vacation rentals in Mont Boron, Nice

Maud's home is so cozy and has a familial feel to it. Everything was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. She was very responsive and helpful during the checkin process and finding somewhere to park. Thank you again for assisting us with the dinner reservation!

The home is gorgeous and the pool area and view is unbelievable. Michelle was a great host, she met with us upon arrival and walked us through the house with instructions. I was able to easily communicate when I later had questions about locking the gate with no issues. One note is you are located away from the thick of things, so if walking out your door to get to restaurants/cafes is a must, it’s a hike. We walked down our first night (15 min) and Uber’s back later, but the next night the uber driver had issues finding us so we just ended up driving into town when we wanted to dine out which isn’t a big deal to us. Either way, highly recommend as it is a lovely home with a heck of a pool and view!!

A really great stay at this spacious apartment. As two couples travelling together it was great to have the rear bedroom/ bathroom separately from main bedroom and bigger bathroom. Great kitchen and bright airy lounge. Narrow but ling balcony with amazing views of the bay , Cap Ferrat and beyond. Its on the main road to Nice/ Monaco with bus 15 / 600 passing by regularly. ( noisy road but rooms can be shuttered at night) pleasant walk down to old town, beach and harbour. Good little supermarket/ tabac/ bakery and fruit shop just steps away. 3 flights of stairs inside and steps outside but worth it. Dozens of great restaurants close by. HEAVEN ON EARTH

The place was absolutely fantastic , everything we as described, very cozy and clean. The pool was definitely the best part but we also enjoyed the proximity to the beaches, old town Nice, and Villefranche. The place is brand new and we were the first to stay. There were some very minor issues just due to the nature of it being new, no one's fault. Sebastian was an amazing host! Quick to respond to questions and took care of everything, plus went above and beyond too make sure our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I hope to come back in the future.

My husband and I knew we wanted to stay In Villafranche with a view of the water as we day tripped the region. Astrid’s place did not have reviews yet and we were concerned but saw the view, apartment and Cindy their agent was so quick to respond, we booked it. We just left after a magnificent week with a sad heart. The location in Villafranche is to perfection, only a few steps up from the street to the most spectacular view in a truly modern but warm apartment. The shower was amazing, the large bed very comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities one would need. We made coffee each morning, coffee pods/grounds were supplied. We picked up a fresh chocolate croissant at the local market and sat on this out of a movie terrace staring at the calmness of the bay filled with yachts, boats, the beach and local swimmers, pure magic! This apartment has its own back entrance to the Villafranche train making it so easy to travel everywhere. Wonderful town, restaurants, people. BOOK IT!!!

In some ways the impression of the apartment was even better in reality. Conor left lovely little treats as welcome surprise. Really couldn’t have asked for a more charming welcome! The apartment itself is just full to the brim with thoughtful little gems. The amenities were great and made the stay extremely comfortable. After hectic days at a conference, it was a tremendous relief to come back to the Airbnb, enjoy the peaceful, aesthetic and thoughtful surroundings. The view was stunning - green parrots in the morning, gorgeous sunset mood in the evening. Conor - was a super responsive and helpful host. Clear instructions, great recommendations for activities. And just really on top of thinking through the details that make a stay special! Thank you Conor for a seamless stay in Nice! The only regret I have is that I couldn’t stay longer at this beautiful Airbnb. It was the perfect home from home for my short stint in Nice. Merci beaucoup! 🙏🏽❤️

Where do I begin, the whole place was amazing and we will be back again! It is now my new favourite place to stay. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants. There’s also a train station near by to travel through the towns if you are moving about. The boho decor was to die for I loved everhthing. The host was very responsive to all our questions even the silly ones ha. I HIGHLY recommend to stay, you won’t regret it :)

Excellent stay in this apartment ideally located next to the port, restaurants, sea and promenades. The apartment is very quiet and nicely decorated. Recommended!
