My husband and I stayed at Josefina’s apartment for 3 days and wish we could have stayed longer! Her apartment was very clean and had so many amenities (bathroom essentials, cooking essentials, laundry machines, clothes steamer, hair dryer, etc.) that made us feel right at home. She really thought of everything to make this stay comfortable and greeted us with drinks and snacks, making us feel extremely welcomed. The furniture was very comfy as well, which made for a nice stay and matched her listing description and photos 100%. The view from the balcony is amazing- you can see the city as well as the beautiful blue ocean. Josefina sent us clear instructions for just about everything and was always quick to respond. She was very attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We truly appreciated all of her efforts in making our stay smooth and seamless. The building is also very nice, offering an amazing rooftop pool. I highly recommend her apartment and hope to visit

An amazing apartment in a beautiful building. Gustavo’s place has plenty of space, with a beautiful view of the city. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay and the bed was extremely comfortable! The building has a rooftop pool and gym, and a dedicated parking spot with remote for easy entry and exit. 24/7 front door staff/security provided and there are several restaurants and a Jumbo supermarket with walking distance. Gustavo communicated well and was an excellent host. Five stars!

The condo was great and clean. Nestor was super responsive and sent someone out when the penthouse ran out of toiletries. The bedrooms were a bit smaller than I assumed but a decent sizes.

Great place to stay. Very clean, organized home converted into a boutique hotel/airbnb. Easy instructions. Nice area of santo domingo. I would absolutely stay here again, strongly recommended.

The house was very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. It’s definitely a nice place to stay if you like the traditional Dominican ambiance. The rooms and beds were very spacious, there was a lot of room which was great because we have a large family. The view and privacy was lovely I would definitely recommend and come back the next time around!

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

We had a lot of fun, the house is very big and has a lot of amenities, everything is just like in the pictures. We didnt have the cooking/cleaning staff available to us and with such a large house it wouldve been very helpful, but we do understand that it is a big national holiday. Keisy(the man who takes care of things around the house) was amazing, he was always there available for anything we needed, whether it was a question about the house or a quick run to the market to buy supplies. The only complaint we had was that the wooden roof seems to have a filtration issue, it didnt happen at first but after a few hours of rain it started dripping, it was fine in the concrete areas so i would guess that the wooden roof got saturated with water.
