Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Studio with private entrance including a separate bathroom and toilet, equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 people, small living room with sofa bed for 2 people, double bed, storage spaces, changing table, Wi-Fi, Netflix, air conditioning. Located not far from Aachen (DE), Maastricht (PB) and Liège (BE). Close to the Henri-Chapelle Golf Course, the Herve Plateau and the Fagnes. Shops 3 km from the studio. Pets allowed for an extra charge of €20/stay.

It is located in a small village 15 minutes from Durbuy. 3 bedrooms are available as well as 2 bathrooms Suitable for families, couples, and quiet groups of friends. Swimming pool closed for winter (opening in early May) Hot tub (electrically heated) available. Private tennis court in "Red Court" renovated in 2022 available 300 m from the house. Deze bungalow op vakantiepark de Sonnevijver biedt jong en oud een mooie kans om van de natuur in het bourgondische Limburg te genieten. De knusse bungalow ligt mooi gelegen met een beekje aan de voorzijde, wat is afgezet met een houten hekje.

Capacity: maximum 7 to 8 adults + 4 to 5 children. No parties with too many drinks or drugs.

Villa Eleganza is an exceptional vacation home that sits high above the picturesque rooftops of the old town of Monschau. Despite the hillside location, the villa is easily accessible via an elevator. Outside, a heated pool invites you to relax in summer, while you can find soothing relaxation in the in-house sauna. On cool evenings, the cozy fireplace in the living room provides a cozy atmosphere.

The vacation home is part of a former farm. We have two vacation homes, one for 8 and one for 10 people and a newly renovated apartment. The two houses are detached on a hill in a quiet location on the edge of the forest. The houses are very comfortably furnished and flooded with light through the large patio doors with dream views. The view alone lets the soul wander!
