We enjoyed our stay at Tom's place. Tom was very responsive. When we faced heating issues, he sent a technician the following day. It would be better to update the house rules and instructions by pointing out where the thermostat is upstairs. When we found that the place had no baking sheets, new baking sheets were delivered to the door the next day. Nevertheless, Tom is a great host and this place is great for my family.

I must say, being that it was my first time traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. I think I found my safe spot to unwind and relax. I love how peaceful and calming my stay was. There are things to do that’s no more than 30 minutes out. Jonathan and his team were very responsive when needed. The unit is exactly as the picture, very clean, appliances are in great condition, it has been maintained very well. I’m definitely coming back!

Jonathan was absolutely amazing. We had no major issues during our stay and the minor ones that did show up were handled quickly and very nicely. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was what we wanted it to be. Loved everything about this trip!

Beautiful serene setting. Accommodations were clean and had all needed amenities (other than microwave in our Barn unit). Ask specifically if you'll need unit with one. Nature trail was beautiful. We saw deer and wild turkey. Beautiful lake with row boats available for all units. Nice beaches on the lake shore in two spots with roped swimming areas. Lastly there is fishing for those so inclined with no license. Just all in all a peaceful little jewell in the Poconos. We stayed on Pocono race weekend and were at the track 30 mins on raceday. Couldn't have been better - highly recommend - Joe /Philly

I loved everything, the beds were super comfortable, the house was spacious and very comfortable, the only thing is the curtains in the rooms are very light and for sleeping it is a bit uncomfortable and the shower in the private bathroom was uncomfortable since you could not move and for showering it was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise everything was perfect

The hosts were very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The location was very conveniently located near a grocery store. The local area was busy, but not overly so. The inside of the house was clean and organized and the hosts really took the time to make the place feel cozy.

Elizabeth was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. It made the process very smooth. As she mentioned, once at the location, the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful and provided further local recommendations. We will definitely come back again.

Great location with lots of stores, gas and food options nearby! Very clean and comfortable place to stay. I especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities! If arriving after dark, note the space to park in front of the house is straight along right side of driveway (in front of bushes), not right side of house (not on the lawn). I misunderstood the initial parking instructions and felt terrible that Mr. James had to call me and ask me to move my car off the lawn. He was very friendly and understanding, and once I understood the proper way to park and moved my car, all was well. Great host! I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

This place was absolutely beautiful. They were so kind and respectful towards me. It was very clean and overall just beautiful. Great for a couple. The airbnb is very close to nearby things to do. It was perfectly where everything conveniently was. I must mention again how sweet the hosts were. Absolutely incredible. I 100% would come again.

We had a great week and a half stay. The efficiency room was roomy yet cozy. It was quiet and peaceful. We didn’t mind the mama bear with her too cute cubs who came to visit a few times. Brian is a good host and responded quickly to our communications. We’d use the space again for future visits.

The rental felt right at home. It was roomy, the back patio area was spacious and peaceful. She communicated well with me and my overall experience was great. I'd definitely rent from her again, easily 5 stars!

Ideal location, you are right near everything.

My family and I had a great experience at this updated, clean and beautifully furnished apartment. We had everything we needed at our fingertips - towels, extra blankets, a huge selection of games for our family to enjoy. The location was close to restaurants and pubs. We loved the Farmhouse Eatery so much, we ate there for dinner and brunch. Street parking was available close to the Airbnb as mentioned in the description. We were a short drive to Shawnee Mountain - we even had fun antiquing at the Olde Engine Works. The only critique I have is the stairs going up to the door were steep - that being said, the staircase is covered and the steps are non slip, so we all felt safe. Overall, this was a fantastic getaway for our family. Highly recommend.

We had another Airbnb booked and the place was a disaster. I found Heather and Isabella's condo online and reached out to them, hoping they could accommodate a last minute one night stay. Heather was tremendous! She confirmed, al.ost immediately, that they could. We had multiple texts as she helped me get it set up and get us into the condo. Once there, the place was perfect for our overnight stay. Clean, comfortable and the grill was a great plus! Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was great, this place was beautiful, clean, relaxing, quiet, had great pans and dishes, had starter soaps, coffee, etc. The recreation center was awsome, all staff and other guests were very pleasant. My kids had a great time playing with other kids there age at the rec center. Place was exactly how it was advertised. We loved the pillows and bed. For the past 5 years we traveled to Poconos for Christmas and always stayed at the resorts, this year I wanted a more quiet relaxing holiday and I am so glad we stayed here. We will definitely be back. I recommend Shawnee Mountain for snow sports, its down the street.

Its a great space. Check in was just a little annoying because I got sucked in in what I think was a time share talk? But after I said no they have finally gave me my access bracelet.

Perfect home base for Pocono outdoor activities! Our family had a wonderful stay here. The condo is cozy, clean, and well stocked with all the essentials. This is clearly a treasured family vacation home, not a used-and-abused party house (plenty of those in the Poconos, sadly). It's a short 5-minute drive to Big Boulder, one of my favorite low-key local ski spots. A surprise perk was the free firewood provided by the community; after a long day on the slopes, it's lovely to relax by a crackling fireplace. For EV drivers, there is a bank of 5 or 6 chargers a short walk down the parking lot. We visited over a holiday weekend and never had to wait for a charger.
