Our beloved luxury apartment is one of the nicest places to stay in town. It underwent a ground-up bespoke renovation with white oak hardwood floors, quartz countertops and premium appliances, rivaling a premium suite at a boutique hotel with the added privacy, charm, and amenities of a home for a great price.

Convenient Bloomington apartment in a prime downtown location with a King bed. Great place to stay for IU events. Stay with us and walk to everything in the downtown area. It is also easy to get Ubers, Lyfts and scooters. If you would like a longer stay than what is available, don’t hesitate to inquire. Free parking is available all day Saturday and Sunday. During the week, parking is available between 6pm and 8am. There is a parking garage nearby at 7th and Walnut if needed.

Through a cased opening is the fully furnished kitchen where a desk is tucked into a nook with view of downtown Bloomington. Quick 5-7 minute drive to Sample Gates and IU Memorial Stadium. Bloomington's B-line walking trail one block away! The apartment is accessed through the lobby with a keypad entry door.
