We have a pool; The POOL is a SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is shared with Owner. Enjoy a smoke free cottage. Ashtrays are provided outside for those guest that do smoke. We provide a queen size bed and a couch/bed. This space is perfect and comfortable for two guest.Please NO children and NO animals.

We have a fully stocked home size kitchen. All the condiments coffee creamers sugar ketchup mustard etc. Giant stone shower with shampoos and conditioner and plenty of plush towels. Charming private back pool house on a fenced property in a quiet neighborhood close to US 1, the Turnpike, the Keys, Nascar and the Homestead Speedway, and the Everglades. You are 15-20 minutes from the Speedway, 20 minutes from the Everglades, and 30 minutes from Key Largo. For guests wishing to stay a month or more, I would require you to provide a copy of your photo ID.

Come to a comfy place surrounded by nature, tranquility and beauty. We are close to shopping centers (Dadeland and Sunset Place Malls) and walking distance to a family park, convenient stores, a pharmacy, bus stops, and the University of Miami. The Metro rail South Miami station is 1 mile away, walking distance is 20 minutes. Our place is good for families (with kids) too.
