The most peaceful place to relax, views across the bay are stunning and even when it was wet it was so cosy inside looking out and watching the weather changing. Got the most beautiful sunset on the first night. This wee hidden gem did not disappoint from start to finish and if you’re lucky enough to find it on Airbnb then 100% book it !

Charles was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to accommodate for our family. He has brilliant local recommendations and a very helpful website. Burnside is a beautiful, secluded cottage with everything you could need. Lots of wildlife to be spotted in the garden and surrounding fields and close to many amazing places with countless things to see and do! Can’t wait to return again on our next trip to Scotland. We are regular visitors to the area. We go slightly out of season when there are less people around so our dog has a lot more freedom on walks. There are cottages that we go back to. However the stay at Tigh Samhradh was a last minute booking and we chose to stay there because it appeared to be more modern and fresh than some of the alternatives. We also realised that we had parked outside the property while it was being developed. We were really impressed by the cleanliness of and facilities available in the cottage, its a beautifull wee cottage with a private outdoor space. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back.
