Price is for 6 guests $50-pp fee charged for any add’l guest not to exceed 12 guest max. No unauthorized pets/guest allowed to visit or stay over. Unauthorized guest will result in a $50 pp fee. Very quiet neighborhood, access to county park on river bay at end of street. 1st floor completely renovated, balcony w/ lounge chairs. 4 rooms with beds, sleeping 8 people, one office room with couch, 3 full baths, unheated sun room with futon bed (additional bed sheets provided upon request, sleeps two more people). Our family beach house has 4 double bedrooms, a full size basement and an extra pool house. A 15 minute walk to Sea Girt beach or 5 minutes on the bikes. We leave some for you to use in the garage. But let’s face it with the beautiful pool and patio area with outside BBQ island some days you may just want to stay at the house. There is also a basketball hoop and ping pong in the garage the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.
