Beachfront vacation rentals in Monmouth County

This home was beautiful and Runa is an excellent host! She provided us with everything we needed and was always available to communicate throughout the process. The house amenities were great and I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Manasquan near the beach!

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

This little beach cottage was perfect for us! Steps from the beach, and walking distance from a ton of great restaurants & shops. Stephanie was super communicative and the house was spotless. Nicely updated and perfectly beachy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, and lots of space to hang out both indoors and out. We really enjoyed the back deck off the lake and the hot tub. Literally the perfect spot to watch the Thursday night fireworks. The kitchen was spacious and welcoming. Beds were super comfy too. We will be back!

We loved this place. Location definitely walkable to the boardwalk and beach. Also walkable to nice restaurants in Asbury Park and the Stone Pony if you are OK with walking up to a mile each way. The tennis court next door is part of a private club (off limits), but we found a public tennis/pickle ball court just 1.5 miles away on Main street. The bathroom has been updated very nicely. Another great amenity was the fully stocked Keurig coffee system. Thank you!

Antony & Amanda are tremendous hosts. We contacted them last minute due to a family emergency. Antony was responsive and had the place ready for us in hours. We were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the house was and the great location. When our family emergency extended, Antony and Amanda worked with us without question. We are forever grateful. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay again. I would highly recommend staying with them.

The bay front house is a great escape from the everyday. It’s a large and diverse property. There is a large grass area in the front, a stone area with a fire pit, an area with sand before the dock and gazebo and a raised deck with plenty of seating and great views. The house is fully stocked with towels, cooking and cleaning supplies. Cable tv with movie channels, BBQ grill, comfortable beds and furniture. The bay does have high and low tides. When it’s low you can’t fish but it’s not for the whole day/night. Some mentioned the train, which is close. But you get used to it and it’s not very loud. It’s NJ Transit and using it my whole life, I found it charming when it rode by. The gazebo over the water is great. Even has a couple fishing pole holders. The location is nice. You can walk to bars/restaurants. It’s quiet and peaceful there. Wish we could have stayed a few more days but had to get back to work. We felt right at home instantly. Nice spot at the Jersey Shore.

Carol's place was fantastic and just a block from the beach. The kids loved the place and the heated pool was such a great benefit. The place was exactly as described and the perfect amount of space for our group. We had great memories at the house and will surely book again when back in New Jersey.

This is a spacious, cheerful and beautifully decorated home for your Spring Lake vacation! Layout was great, well appointed, walking distance to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed our visit, and sitting outside in the quiet yard enjoying the sounds of the surf. The pool wasn't open during our visit (in October) but it's such a great feature for summertime and looked spotless. Julia and her husband were super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!

My friend and I had a great first stay in Asbury Park! Location couldn’t be better! Staff very helpful and eager to please. Room was clean - a bit dated but fine for what we needed. Enjoyed the beach, the boardwalk, happy hour at one of the hotel restaurants AND the pool the next day! The pool was lovely with a fun bar and music as well. Perfect for a girls’ night away and would love to bring my husband back!

The Hotel was great- parking was a bit expensive, but my truck was safe…love the heated pool and pool Bar.. Very professional waitstaff/ bartenders… I absolutely loved my stay

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Clean, comfortable, and great location. I stayed here with a few friends for one night as we were in town for a concert. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to and from the show and grab food/drinks along the way. I would definitely stay here again!

Michaels place was everything I could have hoped for! The location was great and super close to the beach and boardwalk. I was surprised to find the condo was stocked with everything needed to make you feel right at home. Having a stocked kitchen made traveling with my daughter so much easier. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. I hope to bring my family back again next year!

Had such a great weekend at Pamela’s place she was extremely responsive and the place was exactly as described. The location was perfect less than a block to the boardwalk walkable to so many great places. Would definitely stay again.

This place is perfect for a couple wanting to get away for a long weekend, but they don’t want a hotel. It’s exactly as described… a small little studio but has everything you need!…bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, deck… what else do you need? You’re on vacation, not staying at home the whole time! You are 2 blocks from the beach… can walk to Asbury Park boardwalk… can walk to a bunch of little stores… the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe… and everything you could possibly want or need is less then a 10 min drive! Did I mention it’s so affordable and the host is friendly and easily accessible? She emailed me back at night in minutes when I had a question… and then apologized that it took so long! lol! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place and host… thank you Nancy! We will definitely be back!

Catherine's place was INCREDIBLE. We stayed for two nights, the space was immaculately clean when we arrived. Catherine was very responsive to any questions we had (which weren't many because she had us very well prepared with her great communication. Beach right across the road, ferry to the city a few blocks down. Such a peaceful spot - couldn't recommend more!

This place was great! Easy access to everything and host was very responsive when we needed him. I will def recommend and look forward to book again!
