The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Welcome to our cottage in Mönkebude – Mönke's Kate und Meer – on the Szczecin Lagoon of the Baltic Sea Our listed cottage by the sea is at your disposal for your relaxation. The cottage was built around 1850 as an extension for the former large barn house of a fishing family from Mönkebude and was used for living until around 1982. Today, our guests relax between the old half-timbered walls made of bricks, clay-plastered walls and under the beautiful thatched roof on about 80 square meters of living space.

The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The lake house offers a wonderful vacation with the most beautiful views of Lake Neuwarper, a bay of the Szczecin Lagoon. From the living room you have a magnificent view over the lake and the Riether Werder. The large garden is fenced, there is garden furniture and teak loungers, and for the little ones a sandbox and a swing.

In the converted old pigsty there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms including a kitchen and large living area. In addition to 100 dairy cows, there are also cats, chickens, alpacas and rabbits on the farm. There are also many tractors and machines to admire. An excursion to Szczecin, just 10 km away, is ideal.
