In the middle of the neighborhood

The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and partially renovated in 2021. It can be reached through a private entrance in the green backyard of the house. In 13 minutes you can walk to the Kiellinie and in 5 minutes to the center of the lively Holtenauer Straße. Parking around the house is usually easy. Otherwise, there is a parking garage within walking distance on Holtenauer Straße. Bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, drugstores in the immediate vicinity. Kiel with spectacular view on the Baltic Sea

Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. With a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon and co.)PlayStation 4, fully equipped kitchen and cozy ambiance, you are in good hands even in bad weather. A sofa bed will be delivered in the next few days.

It is part of a villa with a beautiful garden and, despite the modern furnishings, still has flair. Not only are shopping facilities quick to reach, but also various beautiful Baltic Sea beaches, such as Heidkate, Laboe or California. The distance to the nearest beach and harbor is only 200 m.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiels. The quiet apartment building is located in a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We try to keep the apartment beautiful and modern all the time. Hi there! We offer a cosy one bedroom apartment for short stay while beeing on holiday, visiting friends or family or working in and around Kiel. We refurbished and decorated the flat in 2023. You will find towels and bedlinen as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The flat is located close to public transport that will bring you either to the city or to the beach.
