Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

Our stylishly renovated apartment in a great location offers many opportunities to relax. If you want to jump into the sea in the morning, a nice walk will take you to the nearby bathing area in about 10 minutes. Afterwards you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with birdsong and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dinner or stroll. I stayed in Anke's apartment for 6 weeks and felt at home from the first moment. The apartment is under the roof and is totally cozy. Everything you need is there, it is super nicely decorated and sparkling clean. Anke was always available, she is very friendly and knows her way around Kiel. The apartment is 5 minutes' walk from the fjord in the beautiful district of Düsternbrook. At the fjord you can walk, jog and go out to eat perfectly. Holtenauer Strasse with all its restaurants and shopping is a 10-minute walk. In summary: highly recommended!

The spacious bedroom features a large window wall that opens to a balcony, allowing for ample natural light. A modern freestanding bathtub and a 75" TV are present, with neutral-toned furnishings arranged to create an inviting space.

We had a fantastic time in the Fjord Stay penthouse. The accommodation was not only very clean, but also really luxurious – modern, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. You can immediately tell that nothing is left to chance here. The entire ambience was extremely pleasant and high-quality, we felt comfortable from the first moment. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and easy to reach, but always pleasantly reserved – just the right mix. The location was also perfect for us: quiet, but still everything easily accessible. Overall, a place to stay that is absolutely convincing. Thank you to the Fjord Stay Team – we will definitely be happy to come back!

My stay was great, everything worked out great and the communication was really great both before arrival and there! Check-in is straightforward via a key box, the room has everything you need and there is a private, super beautiful guest bathroom. As stated in the description, the room is right next to the kitchen, so if you want to have your peace and not notice other people, you might be better off elsewhere. If that doesn't bother you, you'll get a very clear recommendation from me, I felt very comfortable and at home. Alex and Florian are super sweet and helpful 🩵 I rented a bike for the KiWo, which was also very straightforward.
