Cottage vacation rentals in Monistrol de Montserrat

A renovated and spacious farmhouse that allowed us to be comfortable and at ease during the weekend in the large group of people we were. Marta was on the lookout for us before and during the stay.

Clara and Gerard place was amazing, few days away in beautiful surrounding's it was a perfect holiday for me! Property well secured, and my two German shepherd's dogs could run free. Cosy bedrooms and comfortable beds, I haven't slept that well in weeks ! Great local restaurant Mas el Pi.

It has been a real pleasure to stay in Cubells. The house is perfect to rest with family and friends and to enjoy a nice barbecue with an amazing view on the region. Very quiet and friendly area. Thank you Jaume for your warm welcome, flexibility with check-in and responsiveness all along the stay.

I can not express how incredibly magical Laura’s property is. Every part of the property is immaculately cared for and has thoughtful and welcoming touches everywhere. Laura is an fabulous host and so kind to our children. We got a private tour of the property and got to hear the incredible history of the estate. She took time to show our children the animals and let them feed them. We spent time in the beautiful spa and at the fabulous pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Catalonian countryside. I cannot recommend Laura and her property enough.

We spend the New Year's celebration and my birthday here. It was great! House is better than in the pictures. It was warm. The pool with the hot tub was a success among children as well as grownups. We had great time here! Host was very helpful and friendly. Gave us a lot of information about anything we needed locally. Great location! Highly recommended!

Beautiful space, elegant design, brilliant attention to detail , Monserarat is welcoming and informal. Truly brilliant place to stay , I left feeling totally relaxed and with some great interior design tips . The outdoor living room is a truly incredible space . Bravo Monserrat ! A

The whole experience was amazing, I celebrate my Birthday with family and friends, 14 people very comfortable. All rooms clean, great heater system, jacuzzi, full kitchen. I will just advice to keep the Barbacue protected from raining, It was a challenge to turning on with all base wet. I will always recommend this place for large families.

Cal Miret is a beautiful, very spacious and fully equipped. The views are superlative, having a heated pool is amazing and the deal and communication was great. We would recommend the house without having to think about it twice, it is in fact we would love to come back there soon. A special thank you to Maria for being such a good host, helping us and caring for us to have a good weekend.

Francesc was very friendly, and conscious. His house was very peaceful, with lots of space around, and private. I picked some lovely figs in his garden, and can really recommend his house as a place to rest and rejuvenate. Beautiful countryside around, and of course lots of vineyards.

An unbeatable stay! We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is comfortable and cozy, and the landscapes that can be seen through the windows seem like a real work of art. Aleix has been very accessible and attentive at all times. Everything was great. An experience to repeat year after year. Thank you!

Thank you to Sara and family for being such attentive and caring hosts. Two of us stayed for 2 weeks in May-June. We had sunshine most days, and warm/hot, cloudy some days. We loved: - valley and mountain views from terrace and shady bench - birdsong (inc nightingale), and many butterflies - three cheeky hens who visited regularly - eating outside in the shade, sunbathing, and yoga under the mulberry tree. The village is a 20 minute walk down a flower-strewn path; it has a small shop (great for local and health foods), a friendly bar, cafe and restaurant. We rested, rather than hiking etc which are certainly possible. Although Sara, her husband and son were our neighbours, they gave us our privacy. Our plans on arrival changed a few times, and Sara was completely flexible and helpful. Very responsive in person and via text during the stay. Overall, highly recommended.

A very beautiful and peaceful place! The hosts are really nice, the animals are adorable, and the nature is awesome! Just what we needed to reboot - walking, sitting by the fireplace and eating grilled food. Plus our dog had a blast running around in the enclosed area, so we were very pleased and would come back for a longer stay!

Everything is perfect. Josep's apartment is ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the mountains. Quiet, cozy and very well maintained. We would stay here again without hesitation!

The place is impressive, surrounded by nature and tranquility, the house is beautiful and the outdoor areas are great. The children enjoyed it like crazy and we even more so. Carme is lovely, there's not a single downside, well yes, we had to go back to work.

We had a lovely welcome from Marc on arrival, the house is so beautiful and very peaceful, any questions were responded to very quickly and Marc went out of his way to get us anything we'd missed on our shop. Would love to stay again! I’d recommend hiring a car for the stay to make the food shop and travel easier, but taxis were a reasonable price. Thanks so much!

An idyllic spot to get away from life. Only interruptions are the wandering sheep who bring their own soundtrack of tinkling bells and the various other wildlife that makes itself heard. Totally private and secluded but with surprisingly capable WiFi, excellent sized fridge and freezer (supermarkets are 30 mins away), great BBQ, open fire with loads of logs, effective heating when required. If you want peace and quiet it's probably as close to perfect as you'll find without leaving the planet.

The house is beautiful and the setting is spectacular. Everything was super clean, tidy and nothing was missing. Comfortable beds and all kinds of amenities. Spacious house and the exterior is very nice and spacious. I would recommend it to spend a few days relaxing.

A relaxing stay among the Limousine cows (which can be seen from the window, they are just behind the house). The apartment is ideal for a family, it is spacious, very bright and very well-equipped. This is an old renovated stable. The renovations are of high quality (underfloor heating, swimming pool). We loved it and so did our kids. The presence of a playroom for young and old as well as a swing and a barbecue /summer kitchen is a real plus! The views of the mountains and the village below are magnificent. Marta and her husband are very welcoming and responsive. She had provided us with a baby bed (with a real mattress) and a high chair. The location between Ripoll and Camprodon is perfect. And the village of Sant Joan de les Abadesses is very cute, there are several grocery stores. We'll be back at Marta's!

An all-round successful holiday. Great house on a great property! There was plenty to do for the children, especially the pools were used extensively. The property offers great seating areas at any time of the day. Jaume was a great host. Unfortunately, due to the flight delay, we did not arrive until midnight. He waited and explained everything to us in peace even so late. Many thanks!
