Vacation rentals with beach access in Mongaguá

Very satisfied with the stay, apartment with excellent space, new furniture, building in a good location, the kitchen is impeccable, everything working, spacious refrigerator, a freezer for support, in short, everything was perfect. Just thanking the host Ricardo for making such a property available. I highly recommend it, we'll definitely be back.

The place was clean and very tidy! Just two observations: the microwave didn't work, it didn't heat anything and there should be a small curtain on the kitchen window, as residents/neighbors pass by all the time. Other than that, everything was wonderful and well organized, very attentive and respectful host. We'll come back more often! 🩷

We loved the stay, the house is super comfortable, you can confirm the house is very cozy, we were with a lot of children the only thing that spoiled it was the rain, but because the house is comfortable having a pool and projector, we even made a movie theater lol. Hosts without words, a 10, super kind, understanding. We'll definitely come back again 🙂

The house is wonderful, very spacious, bright, ventilated, it doesn't have that characteristic smell of a beach house It was very clean, and has everything we need, the pool is incredibly good, the pool water is warm, another very good point is that it is right on the sand!! This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. Prepare for rustic and on the verge of falling apart but you don’t care with the surroundings, it feels like you are sleeping on the ocean and walking through a magical secret pathways

Our stay at the mermaid's house was amazing, Eduardo is an amazing host, extremely polite, helpful and friendly, he helped us a lot to get around the city. The house is wonderful and has incredible energy, we went with 3 pets and the stay was extremely peaceful, I recommend Eduardo's house without hesitation! If God allows, we will return soon 🩵🙏🏻

We had an amazing weekend in this house! The place is wonderful, super cozy, well decorated and very faithful to the photos on the website. Everything was impeccable! But what really made the difference was the reception of the hosts, Livia and Victor. They were extremely friendly and helpful from the beginning, they welcomed us with great affection, explained everything carefully and even prepared a special treat that delighted us! Beto was very quick to respond whenever we needed to. The apartment served our stay very well. The building is well organized and the staff are very polite. The location is very easy and has plenty of shopping nearby. The beach has a great boardwalk for running and walking. Our kittens loved the view from the balcony.

The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and still managed to enjoy it. The hosts were very attentive and responded promptly when I needed them to. In addition, the condominium's cleaning team is available for any more urgent needs, such as bed linens, etc.

The accommodation, but especially the condominium and location are excellent, communication with the hosts was proactive and helpful! It was a great cost benefit, I hope to return more often!

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
