Very satisfied with the stay, apartment with excellent space, new furniture, building in a good location, the kitchen is impeccable, everything working, spacious refrigerator, a freezer for support, in short, everything was perfect. We loved the stay, the house is super comfortable, you can confirm the house is very cozy, we were with a lot of children the only thing that spoiled it was the rain, but because the house is comfortable having a pool and projector, we even made a movie theater lol. Hosts without words, a 10, super kind, understanding. We'll definitely come back again 🙂

The house is wonderful, very spacious, bright, ventilated, it doesn't have that characteristic smell of a beach house It was very clean, and has everything we need, the pool is incredibly good, the pool water is warm, another very good point is that it is right on the sand!! Our stay at the mermaid's house was amazing, Eduardo is an amazing host, extremely polite, helpful and friendly, he helped us a lot to get around the city. The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and still managed to enjoy it. The hosts were very attentive and responded promptly when I needed them to. In addition, the condominium's cleaning team is available for any more urgent needs, such as bed linens, etc.

The space is comfortable, clean and quiet. I've always had a quick return from hosts. The apartment is close to everything, not needing a car for anything, but since I was by car, I went to the mall, but it's close, that uber wouldn't be expensive. There was only 1 service elevator that is used to take trash, change, go and come back from the beach and/or pool, so sometimes we wait for more than 10 minutes, but that is not the fault of the host or there is nothing to do. As it is a stay, it doesn't get in the way. For two people, I found a little more expensive than other nearby opportunities, but those who want convenience and close to everything, pay for it. I wanted to give me this luxury, because it was a vacation.

The apartment exceeded expectations, the only bad thing for us was the cold pool, we went in May so it was not hot, in the most everything very good, clean, the Ricardo very attentive and helpful ! staff of the building also very nice . If God will allow us to return !

Second time I'm going to Paulo's apartment, fair price, impeccable apartment, always clean and with everything we need for a good stay, I highly recommend it, I've already referred friends!
