Claudia and Martin are great hosts. The entrance to the building is in the rear courtyard, so I also felt very safe on the first floor. Every now and then two (beautiful) cats run around, but care is taken to ensure that the cats do not enter the Airbnb apartment. It's an old house with high ceilings, but in great condition. Unfortunately, the bathroom is very small and has no window, so you have to ventilate in the kitchen, but otherwise it has everything you need - even for longer stays. I look forward to next time. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back. The apartment was clean and very suitable and large as a family. Miron was very easy to reach and also responded very quickly before arrival. All questions were answered and Miron was also very accommodating to our question as to whether the heating could still be turned on. Sincere thanks for the pleasant time!

The basement apartment is very nice, spacious, new and luxuriously furnished. We had a very nice time and slept wonderfully. The host and hostess were very nice and welcomed us upon arrival. The place is ideal for, for example, visiting Bonn and Cologne.

We had a great time at the place. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The space was exactly what we needed.
