From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

You have a breathtaking view directly on the water. Simply unwind, relax in your own sauna, go swimming, take a walk - relaxation is guaranteed!

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Rügen: Relax and unwind on the largest island in Germany! We live centrally on the Mönchgut peninsula in the southeast of the island. In our house we rent out this apartment, among other things. Many regular guests have already become friends. We'd love to welcome you! Wi-Fi, spa cards for free use of public buses, incl. Bed linen and hand and bath towels.
