The stay was enjoyable. Lovely and quiet yet close to many attractions. The horses were very nice to have around you and to see from the bathroom. Had super nice days. Sylvie was a very nice host. Highly recommended!!

This is a fabulous place to stay if you want to be near Bayeux and the Normandy beaches - but in the countryside. We had fun feeding the horses and trying to identify many of the beautiful trees in the grounds. Lots of outdoor space and beautiful house inside. Laurence was exceptionally helpful and very understanding.

Enjoyed our stay. It was a great base from which to visit Bayeux and the World War II beaches. We were very comfortable there.

Fantastic location! If you love history, nature, quaint shops and restaurants, beautiful surroundings, and historic archetecture, you will love it here. It was my favorite stop in my travels through five countries over three months. The town is magical and of course, the town is a short drive or bus ride to the Normandy D-day beaches and quaint fishing villages/harbors. The loft is spacious, well-appointed, and has great views of town. The building is old (about 400 years old, I think), so you must forgive it some rough edges, so to speak. But, it was warm (I was there the month of January), comfortable, and met all my needs. Wonderful, warm, responsive hosts. Grocery next door, restaurants and pastry shops up and down the street. I could not have asked for more.
