A beautiful Gîte - incredibly well equipped. Comfortable and modern but still retaining character and charm. Beautifully restored and lovely decor. Views from the terrace and pool were stunning. Valerie and her husband were incredibly accommodating before and during our stay.

Small apartment ideal for a couple or single person. Ideally located because Nérac, its city center, its alleys, its castle, its restaurants, its market, its walks along the Baïse are within walking distance. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, very well soundproofed and has a pleasant and spacious loggia. Another plus is the parking in the residence. The only small regret is that the bedroom window overlooks the corridors of the residence and, although there was little traffic (but we were neither in July nor in August), it would have been uncomfortable for me to leave the shutters and curtains open (I did and immediately closed everything). Except for this small downside (in return, the small main room is bright), it was a pleasure to spend a few nights there and I will gladly return to this accommodation offered by Laurent who is quick to answer any questions asked, is very kind and attentive.

Beautiful villa with a superb terrace, direct access to the pool with stunning views of the Agenese heights! Guaranteed calm! Charming village to discover. The outdoor area with its gas barbecue is a guarantee for wonderful summer evenings. The environment is perfectly suitable for pets, fenced park, very pleasant. Thank you very much for this WE
