The location is amazing because of the panoramic views, the spaces, the seclusion and the sun of course! It's close enough to the city center for evenings out but far enough away for peace and quiet. The villa is great for families with kids and big groups. Of course, fast Wi-Fi with good coverage everywhere.

The house "Sol de la Vega" is located in the heart of Otivar, a village famous for its tropical valley and fruit. It is in a rural location, with steep hills. The house dates back to arab times, it has been fully renovated to high standards maintaining its character and adding all modern amenities, such as air-conditioning, hot air heating and wifi, also has a cast iron wooden fireplace and build in barbecue. The nearest costal town is Almuñecar.

This exclusive, recently built (2021) detached villa on a single, very bright floor is just for you to rest and relax. It has a colourful private swimming pool with a large 350 m2 terrace with a hot tub at no extra charge and with beautiful sea and mountain views, sloping ceilings, new furniture, 3 bedrooms with direct access to the pool and great views through large windows, electric shutters where you can wake up every morning to wonderful views.

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

The views are spectacular and the weather is very pleasant. The half-hectare farm is in the Lecrín Valley watchtower. The treatment of agricultural production is organic. Our house is built with natural materials, meeting bioclimatic and environmental sustainability criteria.
