Villa Colina del Mar is divided into 2 apartments in a large villa. Hang out together around the pool or sunbathe on your own private terrace. The villa is only 4 minutes from the beach on foot. The location is amazing because of the panoramic views, the spaces, the seclusion and the sun of course! It's close enough to the city center for evenings out but far enough away for peace and quiet. The villa is great for families with kids and big groups. Of course, fast Wi-Fi with good coverage everywhere.

You can enjoy wonderful weather all year round and a selection of our delicious tropical fruits that you should not miss the opportunity to try.

It has a colourful private swimming pool with a large 350 m2 terrace with a hot tub at no extra charge and with beautiful sea and mountain views, sloping ceilings, new furniture, 3 bedrooms with direct access to the pool and great views through large windows, electric shutters where you can wake up every morning to wonderful views.

Casa Amaranta

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.
