Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to the size of a VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (staging baths, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot the old harbor with museum ship, fish cart, canoe station, shipyard, ship moorings, boat rental and a boat equipment. The apartment for max. two people is in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Apartment amenities: high-quality sofa bed, cable TV with radio programs Kitchenette with fridge, stove, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, various dishes and kitchen accessories Bathroom with shower in the bathtub, parking in front of the house, drying room and bicycle storage room can also be used, Living space is approximately 27 m² Unfortunately, an additional bed is not possible.

Our small bungalow in Trassenheide is a true gem. 250 meters from the beach, you can relax here. It is modern and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation for two - bedroom, living room with dining area, mini bathroom & mini kitchen. A highlight is the large terrace, where you can have a cozy breakfast. ATTENTION: You must bring your own duvet covers, sheets, towels & tea towels. Self-cleaning on departure!

Dog-friendly holiday bungalow directly opposite the forest – ideal for nature lovers. The bungalow has two bedrooms, a private terrace and access to the shared garden for all guests. The secluded, quiet dog beach is only about 1.2 km away and easily accessible. Perfect for relaxing vacation days with a dog. A one-time on-site fee of €40 applies per pet. Dogs are provided with feeding bowls, a blanket, a towel, and a surprise.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.
