Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Sydney Homestay offers a pleasant and well-planned 55 m² accommodation in a quiet residential area in eastern Mölndal, in a part of a house. There is a sleeping area, dining area, bar, bathroom, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Bed linens, towels, toilet paper, hygiene products, coffee, tea, internet and free parking are included. With proximity to public transport, nature and a grocery store, the accommodation is perfect for vacation, work and weekly commuting, with easy access to both Gothenburg and Mölndal. YOU WILL ARRIVE TO FRESHLY-MADE BEDS WITH TOWELS. So you don't need to bring bed linens. There are toilet paper, coffee filters, hand dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Firewood is available so that it is enough for the first day, and as an extra luxury there is a canoe and a rowboat ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy on Ifiske search on fishing-ningsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can buy cleaning for SEK 3000

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on a half island with everything you may need for a nice get away. Perfect for two. Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.
