It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

Then rest; a master suite will welcome you: 2-person bed, living room with sofa bed (register 3 people if you need sheets for the 2nd bed), private bathroom (linens provided). Fridge, microwave waves are available. Dining area in a large greenhouse, overlooking nature. Rest and relaxation assured.

The Gué Maraud gîte, ideal for 2–3 people, has been completely renovated in 2023. It is located in a small detached house on the owners' property, in Morvan Park. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with beautiful views of the countryside or the many stars in our region, children's games and a covered and heated swimming pool in season (May-October). Breakfast basket delivered on request. Our animal friends are welcome.

It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
